Are you planning a STEX release?

We are certainly considering that after it's all created. *:ohyes:

Currently, I've got some textures to fix because I forgot to use the corrected base I'd previously made and so there are some which are two pixels out of alignment when used in the 180° position. Then there is another set of lots CB is creating as we speak. And there's testing to do. Lots of testing. And documentation. So yeah, that's the idea, but it'll prolly be a while. *;)

Thank you!!!*:thumb:

Barçelot is not a real city but i take inspiration from cities of Southern Europe and the Mediterranean coast like Barcellona, Valencia or Alicante

While for the tourist zone I take inspiration from famous European seaside locations such as Ibiza, Benidorm, Crete or Canary Island

Wow, I don't know if you were there too. but i really want have a look at the Aegean civilizations, one of the cradle of civilization, Actually I never been to Europe, however there were too many beautiful images in my mind now, I want to visit those famous Stadium where Batistuta and Ronaldo had fought on, I also wish to enjoy those famous artist's statues, and figure out if there is a real Quixote statue in Barcellona, Furthermore, those beautiful vineyards and farmer lands are indeed need to be lingered.

Anyway, Thanks again for brought back so many wonderful feelings.*:)

Dear Cori, Inspired by this town, I plan to use this sidewalk's texture as that bus stop's base texture. May I know the ID of it, Thank you!:}

It's not technically a sidewalk per-se because the SAM-3 Peg Dirt Roads use grass (which will be fine for a rural bus stop).

Here's the texture: 7AB50E44-1ABE787D-5E5E4314-C0.bmp

     The Kingdom authorizes more areas for cultivation to feed the ever-growing population     :bunny:

Presenting...

֍ LAKE DIAMOND ֎
OPENS NEW FARMLAND!

What better place to do this than along the old Lake Platinum railway alignment, as the area was flat enough to accommodate multiple winding curves. With the opening of the Obstragon-Drent railway and the Rockford Base Railway, this alignment stopped being useful and has since been repurposed successfully for cultivation.

֍ NIDA AND ROCKFORD ֎
EXPAND CULTIVATION AREAS!

The hardy Nidans (left) and Rockfordians (right) didn't want to be left behind, and they revisited fields which have been left fallow for decades, replacing a secondary forest area with more farms, forming a continuous belt of crops and pastures between them.

@CorinaMarie how are you creating the s curve with your dirt roads? I've looked everywhere

Magic! :whatevs:

Go to this page of the online NAM documentation, scroll down to the Draggable Wide-Radius Curves and Fractional Angle Functionality section (about 80% of the way down the page), and look for the drag patterns.

The one for the lazy S curve goes like this:
street%20s-curve_footprint.jpg

^ And, ofc, that works for any of the SAM overrides (except SAM-1 Parking Lots) that you are using.

Yay, thank you, Cori!  You are magical.

This isn't a farm, but I just had to post back and let you see my first foray into Wide Radius SAM-3.  I don't do fishing myself, but some of my sims like to go fishing, so my sims' happiness is my happiness.  *

Psssst... I overheard your fishing Sims saying they'd like to stay overnight in your nature preserve, but they'd prefer some shelter from the elements. *;)

I bet they'd love to have some Tents:

You've done well. Until I discovered the drag patterns I was only using puzzle pieces which meant no underylay texture and not all SAMs being available. Another you'll prolly like is the the 4 x 4 wider 90º curve:

Yes. There are modified Maxis field lot textures I made and a bunch of new diagonal filler lots @Cyclone Boom made. Then there's a bit of custom content like the Wild West Barn. For the main differences, you can see my before and after pics here. And CB's pics and explanation of one set of the fillers here.

A farm area that's quite finished, it is near a small town and it's growing slowly. I did take some inspiration from my home for this...

Hiya @TheEstGut, May i ask how to do this? I just knew one farm could only have one building for workers, * Do you unzoned the farm land and drag a new farm there? Thank you!

Well how do I start... So I have noticed that most of you all just zone a farm with one building always and just it stays always like this and never I see someone do something like this . So I think in the early days (almost a year back maybe) when i was newbie and still learned, I discovered this massive (at least for me) game breaking solution to get more farm jobs easily. Also I discovered that if I do it correctly enough i can make quite nice farms like this. I even thought in that time that ooh duck I should make a tutorial about this and that, but I never got to that... So that solution just stayed with me and I never got to share it that noticeably, that someone would include this in he's/her playstyle. So It is actually a bit surprising that someone haven't really discovered or used this trick in making farms. In regards to making farms like this it is quite easy you just bulldoze the area you do not wan't (not the building) and there you have it and if you do it correctly you can have nice results.

I think I should maybe make a tutorial about it? If you agree then answer with that Llama.

With a zillion topics over the years it's nearly impossible to know what all has been posted. Even my own exploration of a similar idea might not be the first. *;)
