Yes you can, just don't get the Traffic Simulator, that is not compatible with the NAM. The traffic simulator is completely optional.

Mithrik, Mithril with a k instead of a l, how original, huh?

I don't think it is realistic to have squared farm fiels all the time like a chess board, or a very long straight road or avenue esspecially in the country side.

Inless it's not an ancient country, but rather a new country/city, like many of the american cities that have a Roman urban planning (that is like a chess board, squares and blocks).

So I think that the country side should be more natural, and less orgenised.

I really like your last farms, but the ones before, have too long straight lines, that's what I think :D

Nice shot

:)

@JayStimson - How did you get the dairy farm like that? Specifically the fences going around. I love it!

Here is something a little different/abstract from me.

As I said on your CJ SimCoug, I'm loving it. Feels very natural, like a place you could actually be.

Don't wanna leave without a contribution from my CJ:

I tried to build another one next door with a resident/town commerce in the center, but it's not going as well.

This is Turley in the Nation of Actartia.  Turley is the first settlement in this nation, the only resources here for them are those that they grow themselves.

This is the over view of the whole town of Turley.(Click for full size.)

This is the downtown, that is if you want to call it that, it is just mainly services and the few offices it takes to run them.  Most services here are supplied by the farming lands in the surrounding area.

turley22013040210121492.jpg

Here is the power plant, it is coal fired and supplies a great amount of power this village will never use, they intend to use the excess to supply it's surrounding cities, this will cause an excess of funds they will use to upgrade their village in the future.

turley32013040210123874.jpg

This is THE neighborhood, everyone who is anyone in town lives here.  This is the base on which the entire region will be built.  I hope their DNA proves to be useful, I wish them luck! (Click for full size.)

Well, there are more farms to build before this region can sustain itself, more farms, more people to tend to them and some commercial pleasures to keep them occupied.  Until next time...

Bird's eye view of the early family owned farms before housing development stopped the progression of I-A in this city. Large corp farms will soon be taking over the job of supplying the region. So goes the way of the mom&pops...
