Realistic skylines :(

Hi all! I always get stuck at creating a realistic skyline because there is no such thing as "medium density zone" as there used to be in Simcity 4, which makes it difficult to make a smooth transition from low density houses to apartment buildings :(. Would you mind giving me some advice on this? Thanks a bunch

you can use district themes and or highriseban policys.

Could you be a little bit more specific? I'm new to these districts things. I always find them confusing and have never used them . Thanks!

choose your buildings that you desire within a district to create your medium density zone - subscribe to workshop assets that match your imagine.

you can also try to add / highrise ban policy to a district - simple way but may not have the result you want since it only restricts buildings getting upgraded to the highest level. Some lvl 3 are allready pretty height buildings. Theme wouldt be the best way to get your result.
