Current project:

Recreating my hometown of Malmö/Sweden with as much detail and resemblance as possible, despite the somewhat limited choice of buildings on the workshop :-)

So I decided to start a new project, mainly due to the fact that my last city kept on crashing since the last patch.

So anyway here it goes!;

We start on small scale with a small village in a tropical mountainous landscape.

With such hot climate there quite alot of power demand keeping all those AC's up and running!

 

The railyard with the power plant in the background.

 

One of the highways going through the area. It aint cheap building those bridges!

I can't believe no one responded to this!  I really love how the trees and plants you've placed in game along with the terrain mod - they're realistic.  I like your choice of trains, too.   You have a good eye for detail.  Can't wait for more!

Very nice city. Question: what is that building in this picture that looks like a grain elevator? There are two. There's the small one perpendicular to the street, then there's the big one parallel. What are they?

Theres a tiny bit of land between the highway and the water which means you have to build high!

The airport is built around a two runway configuration.

Awesome. Thank you. Those are some nice looking grain elevators. The 10A-FA ones in particular.

It's the same creator as those apartments. Now I feel dumb. If I would have just browsed his entire workshop I would have seen them.

As always, really impressive screenshots!

Started a new map myself which will maybe make it to a CJ. Almost picke the same map but went for the Collosal Hillside instead. Most work has been on the airport with some inspiration from your screens and assets!

Latest update!:

Overview of most of the city, airport and suburbs:

 

I've expanded the downtown area across the bay. A big marina, with some tall rises near by.

Might have been abit overkill with that highway interchange though, not sure yet. It'll stay for now though.

 

Two smaller marinas in another part of the city:

As always, its a work in progress, especially the "new" downtown area with the marina.
