Absolutely beautiful work. Favorited, and time set aside for a current careful read from start to finish.  I can't wait to see more.

It doesn't look too unrealistic. It reminds me a little bit of Miami. Just try to keep in mind how much office space and living space you have and whether it's realistic to your population, and I mean the population it would actually have, not what the game says. I just look at it and ask myself whether the city would have the population to justify the amount of office space and various commercial space.

For what it's worth, I don't think you've gone too crazy with the skyscrapers. It's a long, long way from looking like a clone of Manhattan.

Looks like a typically island paradise getting spoilt by the need for big development, typically some Mediterranean cities that desire towering hotels that the charm away. :P

Really nice update.  Having traveled by bicycle the length of the US Atlantic coast last year from Maine to Key West, Florida and thus seen that sort of development up close and personal I agree with Matthias King that you certainly have not overdone things with the tall buildings along the beachfront road.  It looks like what you'd expect in a significant urban area in that sort of location.  Your bus stop screenie makes me wish once more that a mod could be developed that would put a point that would spawn very low vehicle count traffic- say a car or truck every two minutes or so, even randomized between 30 seconds and that long, on almost always unused side roads and streets.  It always has looked somewhat strange to me to see traffic on central arterial roads and streets but pretty much nowhere else.

    Thank you for your input!

At the moment the amount of tall building might be justified regarding the population. But i tell you, soon enough I'll go crazy...i always do haha :-(

Right now I'm having some troubles with textures and props flickering/disappearing whenever i zoom in. All the traffic is gone aswell.

Anyone knows a solution to this problem?

This sounds awfully familiar. Do you also experience trees disappearing? And decals flickering? In my case I suspect it had to do with props in the water. Could be boats from the boat pack or a wooden boat in the shallow lake. In one case unsubscribing the boats helped, in another deleting a sunken boat in a slow river. In one case I had to clean out a whole stretch of rocks, plants and stuff between water and lakeside where I had been working on just before the "incident". Sometimes a hint is gained from where it happens when you zoom in (and where it doesn't). It's definitely annoying.

    I found the cause.

    It was this prop: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=853027363&searchtext=trawler

I removed it and now it works fine again :-)

Glad to hear. Awkward that floating props cause this... In one case I deleted the boat, unsubsrcibed and resubsrcibed it, added it again and all was fine...

Impressive, as always. I really like that multicolored building and the way you used the seawalls around behind it. I'd like to see more shots of that from different angles. It turned out really good.

I can't seem to find any passenger ship props on the workshop. Where did you get yours?
