just hot and sunny in the south of england.. just the usual then  its nice for beach but cant always get down there everday lol. the humidity makes sports useless in this weather. hopefully some thunderstorms are on their way then

Okay, so its pissing down oceans from the sky, freek lightningstorms going as we speak.

The lightning somehow just killed my router and my integrated g-bit networkscard. so im sitting on a laptop connected directly to the dsl modem...

oh, and im perfectly aware that its not a good idea to surf the web during thunderstorms. Not economicly and probably not to safe eather. gonna go buy a new router soon.

Funna thing though, the only thing the router was connected to was my pc, not to the modem, not to the powermains, not to any other computer.

Some minor rain and a little thunder here. It's just drizzleing right now. It's down to 73 accoding to my computer's little weather thing. I don't believe it because it's 76 in my A/C, and it feels warmer outside.

Wet. Very wet. There was about 2.5 inches of rain recently in a short time, and the canal that goes though the town is high enough that it went on top of at least one of the bridges.

The canal went down overnight so it isn't over the bridge anymore, but it left all sorts of straw, corn cobs, and mud on the road so it is still very easy to see where it was at. Now it is getting hot and humid.
