Needs a little explanation: Downloaded a mod to control natural disasters. I turned off tsunamis, but a tsunami happened, anyway. I was like "What?" At first it didn't seem like it was doing anything at all, but then when the camera was near the tsunami I could hear lots of the upgrade sound effect. I then noticed that as the tsunami went over, houses and buildings were getting upgraded, not destroyed. You can make out a couple of buildings toward the front here upgrading while submerged in water. lol (EDIT:Okay, so no longer as funny to me, as this has ended in some kind of land value glitch where everyone thinks that land value is low when it's not and I'm losing all of my population. T.T)
