I don't know 100% I haven't made interchanges yet, they sound harder than puzzle pieces, I know they are the same, It look like i could be made with a modification to an existing off ramp.

Center turn lanes for the Euro road texture mod - maybe even include the euro texture mod in the nam as a texture option?

There is a spawns-one-way exit in the base NAM...

I totally used one in an experiment recently.

...I'm totally wrong, it's in Perpendicular Ramps: Elevated Highway Straight Ramp ...But, uhh, why isn't there a ground highway straight ramp? That'd be like, uhh, easier to make o-o And solve all these questions of avenue bypass ramps and suchnot thatpeople've asked over the last year. -Crissa

I've been trying to create a highway set-up like. I see this in houston near downtown (I-59 between I45 interchange and Minute Maid Park). Here's a picture i created with basic paint program, took 30 minutes.

Underpass.jpg

Anyway N.A.M. can recreate this as is?

Sorry, but I don't think so.  To make something like that, there would need to be a special Elevated Higwahy piece made for 30m to do that.

Mystic_horizon:  Well, if you put the streets above the road, than the answer is yes!

Heres a quick example, taken from the "Show Us your Interchanges!" Thread (theres a direct link to it in my signature.  )

Check out that thread for other possibilities too.

I guess I'll show a in-game view tomorrow afternoon after work. It's suppose to be sunken highway, one-way road at base level, then elevated highway overall.

By-the-way, can you also put Ave. lights on one-way intersections. I see this type on all one-way intersections in Houston also. I'll post another paint drawing since I like showing 3d images.

The image I posted was done by sight only, no background image involved. Pretty good for my first time drawing like that.

Orlandoedwin640: Yes, but every attempt has failed so far (that I know of). Check earlier in the NAM threads on their development. However, with the upcoming MIS system, trumpets could be possible with the RHW network,

mystic_horizon: Isn't that just a regular road intersection? Thats included in SC4.

No, it's a one way intersection. Nam has the regular road intersection with turning lanes. I would like to see these set of lights to replace the light one-way light intersection.

Would it be possible to make some sort of patch or something for the traffic lights so they don't get "over-ran" by other files? I've been having this problem for more than a month and can't seem to figure it out; neither can the NAM team.

Looking closer at these pictures I can see those lights were definitely made with MS Paint.

I don't know about puzzle-pieces, but it's possible to make that intersection with tunnels and dryland bridges from the EXE. You merely need some cover-up pieces to hide the tunnels (see under-bridge road pieces).

Is a passenger helicopter possible? I know NYC used to do it. You could place helipads in the city and have the 'copter fly around, picking up and dropping off commuters, eh?

I know you can make a sunken tunnel to under the overpass, it's just that you don't see tunnels in Houston unless it goes underwater.
