Ya. But the problem is not on the glass itself, it is the ground map. I need to find a new image for ground map

I this special case, I don't really think the glass is that important. The surrounding textures are giving a good contrast which is kind of hiding the plane texture. 

 

For the ground map, try something like this

Usual, I use an ground map from Google Earth or Bing Map. I take the area around the building than I'll work, and sometime, I use the "Composite material" for mix two or three pictures in the same time

Your nightlight looks great, but I think, something is missed for your final render. Your windows doesn't reflects the others buildings or light who are arround this one.

Try to create or found an urban picture by night, and use this one as ground map. Set this ground map as self illumination. And you'll see the result will be better

I actually using a the same sc4 screenshot here too but in night view. Well, I didn't get the result I thought I could get. But maybe that's because the ground map is not self illuminated. The reflection of the mirror works but I think the ground map is too dark to see its reflection. I'll try your suggestion to self illuminate the ground map. Thanks.

One more thing: Think about how the interior will look. You have lit some individual window panes, and this would imply that there's a room behind that's only as narrow as this one window pane. This can be the case for a hotel tower (with lots of small, separated guest rooms), but it is usually not the case for an office building, where you will typically have larger rooms, spanning several window panes. As a consequence, night lights on an office tower should ideally represent this interior layout.

Oh it is blurry because the save image of 3ds max sucks lol. I'll update the image using screenshot which is better

Looks great, especially that lighting....

 

I do agree that it looks slightly squished though, but I can't put my finger on exactly what makes me think it.  Maybe it is the roof crown angle.  You might have that a bit flat vs the real photo....not much, maybe 2-3 degrees.
