Wow, you have some obscure BATs there, at least by my standards! Some are really interesting, though. Do you remember where you got that gas holder from the first pic of your Thursday post, and that large building with the green arched roofs in your first picture from today? I might just be tempted to IRMify those...

Both I think are SimGoober BATS

Big building is called "SG Fabrications" and I dont remember anything about the green sphere.

 

Its probably in one of Goobers mega packs on SC4D.

Thanks, I normally don't go for buildings like that but the whole joke of it being a "Gas Power Plant" made me want to DL it.

Thanks for the pointers, they did the trick. Turns out they have made some of their much-beloved mega packs for SG's industrial buldings over at SC4D, and more mega packs for the associated lots. SG Fabrications doesn't seem to be available as a single BAT anywhere, and it isn't documented by screenshots, either.

Now I have a mega pack that "conveniently" includes Santa's Factory and funny Christmas props, many buildings I already have, and the models I was looking for. Of course, the XML files for the models that hold size information and make the model visible for the Plugins Manager have been deleted as well so I had to download the lot pack as well in order to take size information from the sc4descs with the building exemplars. These, by the way, were included in the model pack for many of the buildings (not for SG Fabrications, though), which causes a lot of clutter in your buildingplop list when you use the model pack with your own lots because the game finds all those nice building exemplars and displays them, but there are no associated lots. God, how I hate those mega packs. The best aspect about them is that at least they keep the stuff available somehow, and I'm sure glad that I know how to tear them apart, extract the models I need and ditch unnecessary clutter. If, at the very least, they could keep building exemplars and model files apart, that'd be great...

Anyway, for those interested, you'll need this for the models (both the spheric gas holder and SG Fabrications), and this for the lots.

I looked at SG Fabrications yesterday to test my extracted model and newly made exemplar, and the building sure looks great.

Newsome Mills is the last major factory in Kewanehke from the Industrial age of the late 1890 - 1930s period of industrial boom in Mainland. Most buildings have since been rebuilt or taken over by modern structures such as BioSphere Hydroponics (Left) or Nelosute OY Tactical Games (Center)

Well,this is Manhattanville.Named and modelled after the real Place,but with one big Difference...most of the old industrial Buildings still exist in my Version.Just compare the Screenshot taken from Google Earth with my Game.
