Thank you guys, I really appreciate your support!

Adjijebrotot: Ahmadinejaad building? lol I don't understand :P

weixc812: What do you mean by "looking dizzy in the game"?

Now I have worked around the lobby - added curtains and some furniture for the lounge, adjusted blinds (level of openness), and added HVAC and also added interior walls. Impressions? Suggestions? Next I will be dealing with some textures (predominantly on the penthouse and other concrete surfaces).

ckprev3.pngckprev3a.png

ps I'd like to hear from my friends who have experience in making glass buildings. Any advice my friends? :):}

The windows are so dense that I'm afraid they will pile up(overlapped) when zooming out, since the actual image we see in game is much smaller than the preview you gave us. :???:

Will be great for my Industrial District, Always need those flat factories, right?

Gn_leugim, Aaron Graham, libellibicus, serggio: Tanks guys! I appreciate it!

T Wrecks: yeah, Stupid me, forgot all about da tanks :P

Delecto: well he used to do that. He used to do that a lot on M-ville project :) I guess we'll have to wait a bit till it re-opens.

Fran: Yeah but, you know, if it said Todd's packaging only it might have seemed a bit X Rated :P I'm keeping it PG13 here :)

Pineapple132: Sure it will. Windows, sign, loading bays... There's still time, haven't been thinking about that yet ;)

MTT9: You need no waitin any further. They're here :))

Herr Toddeh, This is a way of saying thank you. Without you M-ville would never had happened in the first place. I was thinking about making DAS BUNKER, but had no idea what to do there. I did got you hooked on M-ville but you got me hooked on Industrials :) I am trying my best to incorporate all of your Trademark things you use on your industrials. Still a couple of them left. Now, come back you!

Now here's textured model. Still some work left to do on the windows and roof textures (the concrete part). And bunch of little details left to add. But what do you think?

I think you should add some broken/glossed over windows that you find on this kind of old warehouse type building and those types of windows.

    117304114_078e572879_z.jpg?zz=1

Those are just some examples of the type of windows I'm talking about. Definitely add some transparency to the windows that are in tact as well.

You've made some awesome progress recently. It's good to see the dedication you are putting into your creations. Todds packaging is looking really great already. Good luck

Very good job on the texturing! For me just two minor things: The narrow wall parts that look skywards (top of wall, window sills, etc) do stand out a tad because they are so bright compared to the rest, so maybe tone down a bit? And the yellow texture of the main gate looks a bit undertiled (can you say that as a word?), like the 6 tiles almost 2 meters each, and also the crack it has in the middle, it looks like a human can fit through it. It's probably from a smaller scale image.

But this is critique on a high level :-)

    libellibicus: Thank you!

TekindusT: Some are faded some are not :P btw Thank you very much for your support for Manhattanville Project in your Cj!

IL.: lol, not sure what you mean by 'clean work'. Trust me, there is so much grime put on the textures of this building that I'm amazed every time that it doesn't look abandoned.

    Aaron Graham: Thank you buddy!

darn42: Windows are transparent and somewhere you can even see part of wall, shadows and stuff like that. The reason I haven't made them more transparent is because the walls are polygons and with that see-trough from the back. so you'd have large patches of gray seen there. I tried that. As for the broken panels, they look so small that I don't think that would make a big change and for that matter wouldn't even be visible. I did however change the texture used for windows to achieve that more variety that you're talking about. Hopefully it looks better now. And thank you for the compliment :)

andisart: The white bricks' part are toned down now. I did feel the same when I saw the render and was planing to change that. So now I did. I've darkened them quite a bit. Somehow to me they still stick out a lot, but now I would risk to make them gray if I've darkened them more. What do you think of them now? As for the doors I've added more of re-bar (if that's how's it called) and also toned down that rust. It was a rust patch, but I don't know why it turned out so dark in render. Anyhow, that's fixed as well.

Jack_wilds: Thank you, but it is certainly not small trust me. It is 6 tiles long and 2 tiles wide :D

MTT9: Thank you and I did increased the visibility of the dirt that was there all along and as for rest, well, hahaha, it has a lot, a lot of grime anyhow. (Note to myself: include a picture of material next time :D )

Now,now, for all the folks that don't read replies, I've changed the front door - textures and re-bar, I've toned down white bricks, darkened roof texture and made grime more visible, changed glass texture, added roof junk and I can't even remember if I did anything else, but y'all will find it all I'm sure. Oh and the back side of the building shown for the first time :)

It's looking gorgeous. :golly: Oh, and by the way, it would have been "Der Bunker" in any case - if you wanted to be grammatically correct, that is.

The huge yellow door is well done in terms of modeling and texturing, but isn't it just a bit... well, huge?

Yes, that looks great now :-)

Maybe a point there, yea. You'd find a gate that large in a building where this height is required. And from the looks of the BAT the space available inside for an item that large would be quite small (only the middle part of the front building, sides of building have glass that suggest floors on 1st level). So maybe it'd make sense to allign the gate more with the rest of the building height (that is the back part which I assume is the main storage area. But then, it could also be possible for some weird reason. And it does look kinda badass, hehe.

Well my work is usually primitive, with no textures, you only see a bunch a mess of boxes and shapes sticked together, unlike your BAT that look like a one piece :D

Amthaak: Thank you Pierrot! It does mean so much when you say something like that!

    MTT9: Thank you! Here's more :)

T Wrecks: lol, I know T, you warned us before that we used incorrect version :) but it fits well in a rhime too Ein herr Todd in Der bunker modd :))) I know, they do seem huge, however, it's something I had in mind from the very start, and if it seems plausible, I'd like to keep it :0 Do you think it can pass as real?

andisart: Well, to be honest let's rethink it. In order for that gate to open, opening beam (let's call it like that) has to be above windows on 2nd floor. in order for let's say loads that are of height as middle steep roof to get in gates must be taller that ground floor. So, lol at myself explaining this and arguing it can pass as realistic but, than it can pass as necessity, right? And I agree with you completely when you say it looks badass. My thoughts exactly!

IL.: Thank you for that compliment, but just two months ago I didn't know anything about texturing at all. Not even how to make them in photoshop nor how to apply them,Nothing! So, there's chance for everyone, you only need will. And I don't agree about your textures. They do need work, but it's not a mess. Anyhow, I'm here for anything I can help you with. Feel free to ask me.

So, I've been thinking, which is not always a good thing :P , and I had one idea. Have you ever seen an industrial diagonal BAT? Now, you will :)

    dr3b.png

    dr3a.png

Please not that this is only 45 degree diagonal position of the model. No work has been done on the textures nor on the model. But I love how many other thing and details can be visible from these angles. What do you think? Should I include diagonal version as well?

And, if nobody thinks I need to change/correct anything, I will be moving on to the night lights.
