1. Click on your username in the top black bar -->

2. "My Profile" -->

3. Black button that says "Edit My Profile" -->

4. "Profile Settings" (should be at the top of the left-hand menu anyway)... and you'll find the "about me" settings at the very bottom.

Is it getting spam filtered? Email alerts are now sent in HTML format, so it's possible the additional formatting of links included with the emails are tripping up your spam filter. Check your junk mail, or add an explicit allowance for @simtropolis.com . I'm getting notifications OK so it could be that... let me know.

I'll take a look... there might be hidden BR tags that it's considering as extra lines that you don't have a way to remove.

No, they're not stuck in the spam filter. I'll try messing around some more with my alert settings and see if that helps.

I was indeed logged in. It's only those that don't have a download button for some reason.

I'm experiencing the same problem Astronelson did, I'm not getting emails for a topic I am subscribed to (or at least supposed to be) subscribed to. The weird thing is I was getting emails for the topic until 2 days ago, when they stopped coming in.

I think I may have found the issue with mine: "Notification method to use for replies to followed topics" under "Notification Options" in Settings had turned itself off at some point. I've clicked the email alert box, so hopefully I should start getting them again.

Odd thing is when I went into options email was still selected/checked. I am going to try and unsubscribe and resubscribe to the topic to see if that fixes it. I will let you know how that works out.

EDIT: Just went to unsubscribe/resubscribe and it didn't have me as following the topic. Perhaps this was reset when something was updated? As I mentioned earlier I had been receiving emails up until the 9th.

It's not limited to that file. The download link seems to be missing from all of blade2k5 's uploads. It's driving me crazy as well since he did so many good maps. I'm able to see the download links for other authors so it's not a general site problem. Can anyone shed some light on this?

This problem showed up earlier with a user on IE7. You should be on IE8, or better Firefox 11.0
