ok folks, try this one out too. its a link that i found on the other site. http://www.tcn.ne.jp/~tatsuya21/koubou/down_j.htm
on the left are the res/com/ind/?? areas. choose the colour you want which corresponds to the files types. then....hover your mouse over each file on the list and a pic will come up. download the .lzh file as someone mentioned above. not sure which program to use, i think it was mentioned above. i hope this helps and i hope someone can add to this so we can solve this great new site! good luck!

Vid - They are for SC4

EM - The translator doesn't really do much to the site. It helps a little but barely.

All of the good stuff at that site is not uploadable. Oh well. I saw some I liked. On some posts, there is a thing at the top. It has a list of attachements. Most are just pictures.

Emma, I saw that building and it is amazing but you can't download it. Like Vid said you can only download a picture of it. The majority of the Files on the exchange aren't very good. That's what I meant.

The tokyo city hall model on there is by far the one im most intrested in. And that el rail station is also very amazing. Unfortunely so many of the building i cant even find a way to download them.

Ok alot of the stuff can be downloaded by simply clicking the home button at the top of the post. But i cant seem to get the el rail station and a few others even with that knowledge.

Gee, if I had known that all of Simtropolis would freak out, I would have posted this long ago - I'm always downloading lots off these sites. I thought nobody would be interested.
The lots should work in English SC4; you might need to use the Reader or something to rename the lots to English. Otherwise, they are the same thing.
Unfortunately, the fishing port is unvailable, as you've noticed. It says so in red next to the picture.
I live in Japan and read/write Japanese, so if there's anything I can help out with here, let me know.
