Hello Jeronij!
I know that I didn't comment your work for a while but RL won against me these last months.
Wow! your fisherman docks are just superb. I absolutely have to try something similar with my navy port...well I will try.
One question for you, how can you connect an avenue to a roundabout? It doesn't seems to work with only the NAM.

Your work impress me my friend!
You give me an ''incredible'' inspiration.

Can't wait to see more!

Hola Amigo!
Not only you're always good in the great things,
but this time it's a small thing that attracted my attention.
In Pic. 31.10, that small lake, is really great looking.
Just the right way! I love it...

You're always inspiring me my friend!

Regards.
EDIT - And welcome to page 60!!! wine.gif

I believe that's not an avenue what you saw but two paralel roads or avenue/road/roundabout junction.

Hey amigo, great updates as ushual. I really like your docks and marina lots... I did some editing to your sea walls and I was wondering if you would mind if I uploaded them to the STEX. If you want to look at them you can follow the link in my sig to my cj and I posted a few pictures there, let me know what you think. Great work and I hope to hear from you!

    Hello dear Simtropia visitors !!!

Almost one week after my last visit to Simtropolis 43.gif !!!

Time flies when you are busy....

    Back to topic...

Thanks to all for the replies and feedback. Now is my turn 2.gif

First, about the Helix underground parking, I have to say that the models and lots are finished. Now Swamper77 is gently making and applying the paths to them, so it should not take too long until the project can "see the light"

Anubis89, I try to make some ugly areas, but I think I need much more practice 2.gif !!!
kimcar, I have to say I really love your avatar !!!

Another prime job from my main source of inspiration, and I learned another small trick from you, plop instead of grow. I must learn how to use the lot and bat editors. Thx for all the nice and educational updates 2.gif

Wow, can you believe I almost forgot about this CJ?!?! It seems like it has been a month since I last posted in here, but I know that it hasn't been that long.

Anyways, glad to see lots of more residential areas. It's really different from all the last few updates that have been industrial. I love seeing those big natural forest again... also the water systems are fantastic looking!

Like sloppet said, can't wait to see an updated regional view of Simtropia!

    Great work again amigo,
You haven't lost your touch with slopes!
All those appartment buildings are perfectly placed and integrate really well with the slopes.
We can see that in pic 32.6 where the sloping street goes around that building.
It's a small but interesting detail wich gives the whole picture a "reality" feeling.
I've said, a very long time ago in SCR, that one of the things that always amazed me, was your consistency. Well, it never stopped, your whole work is as inspiring and precise today as it was then. Even better and mature.
Take care my friend, and salutations to your family!

I like the new residential sector with the canals, very clever to make the area go together with the one in the opposite city. It will surely look good in regional view since it will look one area as a whole 4.gif

This area reminds me about my own neighbourhood here in Sweden. The thing is that it's looks way better in your CJ...

I like those houses by Stephenhh (is that right?) too but I realised I haven't actually played the game since I downloaded them, and that's about two months ago. So I'd never got the chance to see them in-game yet. Maybe I'm just enjoying the site and not the game anymore... A bit sad but I guess it's just for now. Have a great day.

    Hello dear Simtropia visitors.

I have some bad news.... I promised you a mosaic in the next update....I wanted to make a nice mosaic from Peraires city and yesterday I opened the city... suddenly the game crashed to desktop !!!...I tried some more times with the same result... it seems somehow the city went corrupted.

Fortunately I have all the pics from the city

Very impresive regional views.  It looks like a lot of excellent work and lots of time went into planning this CJ.  Excellent work and I love the detail, very realistic.

Wow, that's incredible to see the region. Man, I just realized something, how long is developing the whole land going to be?!?! I say atleast 2 years!

Sad news about the crash. That has happened to me a lot.

    Hello Jeronij,

Thank you so much  for the roundabout connection trick.

Also thank you Rayden for your answer.

    I really appreciate it!

About the updates, Wow! nice canals, I really like the split you put in the middle of the largest part.

I'm using more Oppie's canals but now I think I'm gonna switch to Goober's ones (more possibilities).

For sure this is an other inspirational update.

I really like your regional view. So sad about your computer issues.

I'm glad to know your son likes my avatar.

I have to say that my 4 years old daugther likes the young boy next to Shrek.

    See you next uptade!

    Take care.
