I like how the farmland backs up and transitions to the mountains. Also, that harbor is very big and impressive even when in region view.

Great job!44.gif I hope your game doesn't crash again; some valuable pics could be lost forever. Oh no!6.gif

I know you've heard this literally a thousand times, but your cj is awesome!  It would take me forever to terraform a region like that, especially with as much detail as you are known for, I don't have that kind of patience!  I didn't know you were from Spain - my family had a foreign exchange student from Santander, Spain who lived with us for a year when I was in high school, he was very cool.  Anyway, just wanted to let you know how great your cj is!

Excellent job! There are so many details.... There just one thing that I don't like much. The embankments that you use on your coasts are somewhat out of place in my opinion, with their greenish colour, the blue railings and the fences. But it's such a small detail...

Great CJ again Jeronij. Sorry to hear about the corrupted city of Peraires. Corruption is spreading. Any idea what causes this corruption? I read a lot of CJ's having this kind of problem. The only one I have is frequent crashing.

About that polluting industry I thought I put a circle around the bat. Here is that picture again:

Anyhow, Love what you did with the city. Somehow I get a deja-vue feeling. Didn't you do something similar wearlier. Then it was with ploppable water. I remember the bear in the back gardens.

Keep on the great work.

Nik-Nik

I don't know if that was coincidence or not, but my two last times I had corrupt save games, it happen when leaving and saving straight to the desktop. Now I'm saving first and then exit to region, and then exit to desktop.

Bad news about the crashing of Peraires. My "Casa Grande" cj is now crashing for some reason. Beautiful work on this cj. It is such an inspiration.

Well, I missed a lot of great updates.

The fisherman harbor  in Peraires looks absolutely fantastic. And the underground parking looks also very good.

Update 32

The residental area looks really good in combination with those canals. Although it is a shame to hear that your city went corrupted. 8.gif

    Hello dear Simtropia visitors !!!

I have to say thank you all again for your great amount of feedback !!!

All your posts are really welcome but I dont have the time to reply them all today. Sorry 43.gif.

I´ll try to reply some of  your posts though.

First, well, if your are hurry to finish a SC4 city/region, you are in the wrong way...I dont have any milestone or timelimit to finish Simtropia, so who minds when I will finish it 2.gif !!!

Pinchman, I am glad your daughter likes my son 3.gif !!!, people says he is a nice boy 2.gif, and I say that is because of ihs mother !!!

seemurray, yes, there are lots of nice people here in Spain. Even in Santander which is located 2000 kilometers far from my home 3.gif !!!

simmax,  I am sorry for the seawalls 43.gif. those are my creations and I like the way they look 36.gif,  but I do agree that a less greener docks version would also be welcome 19.gif !!!

Nik-Nik, I am sorry too, because I can not access this city now and I can not check the industry lot´s name for you. When it shows up again in one of my cities, I will let you know the name 2.gif

Rayden, thanks for the suggestion, but I think the problem comes from the bad management I do in my plugins folders 43.gif

It is not time for an update yet, but I wanted to show you some testing pics about my last ( and only) SC4 project. Seasonal woods. I think PEG´s ones need some addons so those are my first under development seasonal woods.

I´d like to hear your improvement suggestions !!!.  There are two types of trees so far ( 32 models total) and I plan to add two types more ( 32 new models). What do you suggest ?¿ bigger trees, smaller trees ?¿ some changes to the textures ?¿

Again thanks to all for sharing your feedback 44.gif

Well, I think they would be a very nice addition to PEG's ones Althought, in my view they would be better if they use transparent ground texture. In addition you could add some rubbish around them, but maybe just transparent texture will do good enough.

This is so amazing! It is really good and lush looking.

How or what downloads give you those big ships in your harbor? I think the ships are really awesome, and I need some for my harbors. Also the marinas with the boats by them? Where you get them all?

    they are really cool!

but I think they would be even better if they were just trees and not trees on lots.

or at least, cause I don't know if those trees work as ploppable trees, with a terrain conforming transparent ground texture...

    anyway, a great idea

Thanks to all for the suggestions !!! I hope a made a good use of them 2.gif

I have been working a little more with my idea of seasonal woods. Slowly slowly, the thing starts to look better IMO... the following pics have been made using a single 4X4 transparent lot and the new trees...

    Hello Jeronij!

Your set looks fabulous. I really like all the different colors used for the fall trees.

    See you next update!

It's very nice, but if I saw a tree that red in real life, I'd be very scared... Maybe you could add a generic brown to the fall tree mix?

    AMAZING 46.gif

VEry nice project. PEG Seasonal woods are so much used, an update might come in handy indeed. Great work so far. Maybe a little bit less green in summer as they then would blend in better with the default trees.

Maybe you could add some leaves on the floor like Porkissimo's seasonal trees have.

    Otherwise, GREAT!!
