Jeroni,

Great work my friend.  Not much time to comment today, since I'm trying to get Peterson Tools ready to go (Dhoppeii is working on the custom queries for my lots...I can't wait! 29.gif )

And yes...SOMY's stuff is awesome, isn't it!  Great update... keep em coming! 44.gif

Well, what can I say....

..........AMAZING!

Great those Alien centre buildings, thanks for the close ups (well as close as you can) I have never witnessed these before in all their glory. Great use of those petroll pipes and tanks in the middle. Even the police station in the middle is somewhat alien.

Ahum, Jeronij, there is one word of critism. Some of us have great problems getting rid of garbage. Litter is filling up the streets. Even in some CJ's you see pictures with littered streets.
There comes Mr. J. stating: This area was choosen to create a landfill which connects with the adjacent city. Unfortunately, I guess due to the mods I use, I can not get garbagge in the landfill. I deactivated the Radical Ordinance which eliminated the garbage generation and I made also a bussines deal with the neighbourg city of Sa Roca Rotja. I can see some tons of rubbish in the deals screen, but none appears here. I am in tears now. NOT.
As I am quoting Rod Steward (in another CJ) Some guys have all the luck (=You). Some guys have all the pain (one of my cities went nearly bankrupt while adding the blackhole wastemanagement system (=me)). 2.gif

Great update. Take care my friend. 10.gif

I've been to your SCR CJ and Simtropia many times before...but never got around to posting, there just seems to be so much I missed! 45.gif I apologize for that, but I must say, you create some of the best work I've ever seen on simtrop. I love how you plan out your cities, and those industrial areas are probably one of my favorite parts. Very inspiring. I will definately get around to posting a lot more here, my apologies. Looking forward to more 44.gif

Great, great, great work! Jeronij, you are amazing! Great areas of industry, although having them so close to residential is a bit uneasy with me. But nonetheless, great work here! I can't wait to see what's next!!

Hello, Jeroni.

I am making my way through your new CJ and enjoying it more as I read through it.  You certainly continue to create beautiful regions and cities and your artistic touch is a joy to see.

Thanks again for this wonderful addition to the CJ Section.  You continue to provide so many great ideas to use in making a CJ.

I do have a question for you.  I know you have made your Cul-de-sacs available on the STEX.  I was wondering if you still plan on making your residential playgrounds and pools fillers available.

Thanks, in advance.

Regards,

Vandy

In the end you will see, You is you and me is me.

Jeroni,

My friend, another great update under you belt.  This CJ is sure to reach the same heights as SCR or even surpass it. 4.gif

I like the update, but I especially like the college.  That is certainly a small tract of land to work with, and I'm sure that would probably been exactly how any Board of Regents would have elected to construct the campus in such a location.  I hope there is bus service or subway service to the area, because parking would be hell. 46.gif

As for your BAT...I commented yesterday in your BAT thread.  I'm sure we'll see your creations here first before they are released to the world and I look forward to it.  I like the fences around the towers...sorry I couldn't get them to work for you.  Do you mind sharing the .GMAX model with me so I can see what you did differently than myself? 42.gif

Great work my friend... keep em coming... 44.gif

Nice update Jeronij. 44.gif

Hello dear Cj visitors.

Nik-nik, yes, I like the song, 19.gif !!!, and I dont know how to solve the lack of rubbish, but I can suggest you to try the Radical Ordinance V2 (link in the TOC) and use the 'waste to nothig' ordinance to get rid of garbagge production, and let the time run and the normal garbage will also disapear (hopefuly 2.gif )

Thanks for the information but, No, No I do not cheat! Which make building my cities quite hard. 28.gif

Although normally I would like the Sheraton hotel, but I do favour the 'monotony' of the residential area and I think the tower is a bit out of character there. I prefer the Sainsbury, it would also be more logically for the residential area as they have a small mall nearby. But i guess that's just my opinion.
Showgirls on the edge of town is just perfect. Will it effect those houses across the street?

That last Bat of your is just beautiful.
It reminds me of a large communication tower in the Netherlands. It's probably Europe largest Christmas tree in December. Here's a pic. maybe an idea for you.

I was away from this CJ a few days, sorry about that.  Wow, a lot of development has taken place.  Great job Jeronij.  Also I like your radio tower bats.  Very nice detail.  Keep up the good work.

Great update once again. Great job on the area, I agree, that hotel does really fit into place right there. I'm looking forward to using/seeing your new BAT in the works, looks good. Also, in the pic that is your favorite part of the city, I really like the tunnel and roundabout at the top right corner, looks great! Looking forward to more 1.gif

Amigo that urban university sector is superbly done, (as always) how can we ever give you a negative comment? All is done almost to perfection! 19.gif those sloping streets with the little apprtments buildings, the roundabouts with the light pole in the middle, the **cough***cough** commerce near the harbour 2.gif everything is there! and those new bats of yours...WOW

Extraordinary work my friend! 36.gif
Have a great week! 44.gif
