A WIP for a very affluent closed neighborhood centered around a golf, next to the sea resort. To the right of the picture, opposite the fishing harbor is the Marina.

Did a bit of redevelopment of this area and this is what it looks like... for now at least 😬

Also made a short showcase with trains cruising through the area.
I promise it's not a boring one lol

Playing around with road hierarchy. Road on the right has highway reservation while the one on the bottom that goes past railroad station should become an avenue at later stage. Not too happy about the proportions of things but next iteration will be better. Next up, some dependency hunting...

 That’s cool. I’ve actually never been to that part of Jersey before. What’s even crazier is that your childhood neighborhood looks more like my SC4 build than my actual real-life inspiration.

Below is a suburb that I built recently. Building something like this is so easy nowadays with all the new tools available, such as the building styles dll, the submenus dll, sc4pac, ... I've not actually played the game for a long time, but with all of this, it is now actually fun again instead.

     Showcasing one of the numerous mansion and upscale suburbs of Borike, this one here hails from Sabaneque! Sims living here are in the outer orbit of Jaicoa, though Jaicoa seems to be encroaching into this area if judging by the presence of highrise office and business towers nearby...
