Green Depra

The names just seem to fit so well. Nothing too ostentatious, nothing too generic. Can't wait to see what develops. I especially like the Viridis Mountains (well done Rayden... citizenship is certainly deserved for that one). But I'm still curious (as from my previous post) how you get your pictures to have that certain shine to them: whether it is a photoshop adjustment or something else. At any rate, hoping to see the fruits of the competition soon in the form of more fantastic updates. (and just out of curiousity did I have any decent names?)

Good evening all!  Time for update 40! 

Update 40

Today we are looking at Green Depra's newest city... Barton Lakes!  Thanks Owenluby for the great name!

Barton Lake's first development was based around a small pub, known as Bartons Inn dotted out around it are a collection of houses, shops and the rail station.

You may have noticed that Green Depra just got alot more greener... both on the streets and the ground!

On the hills are some larger houses, which have beautiful views across the Barton Lakes...

I must say, out of all my Green Depra updates, this is my personal favorite mosaic.  Just look at that terrain!

There is a small reservoir which catches all the water which flows into that valley, it provides water and a place for the locals to swim!

That is the greatest update for a CJ I've seen in a while! You are certainly the greatest when it comes to environments that are clean and extremely gorgeous! The mosaic which start with the water and some trees - I must admit, first I thought it's a real-life photo! The water looks like the sky and CP trees are amazingly realistic. That was a funny impression

Beautiful! I must say the Olympus terrain mod is spectacular...and really contrasts the red brick streets and the red roofs of the euro tileset...

I must say, I loved that 2nd last mosaic....did a double take; the water almost passed for sky in that shot. Looks beautiful!

That 4th mosaic was breathtaking. for a second I thought it was real... with the water slowly giving way to the shore... perfect. The new terrain looks good. I tried it out on my own region, but somehow it didn't quite fit. Maybe the next one I make... but I digress (as usual). Great use of SG's canals for the reservoir. Incidentally, did you change your water mod, or is it just the terrain that makes it look different? Beautiful update.
