whoa your region has grown alot since i last looked at it and im impressed i really like the hills but 1 critiscism is i think the lake is too small i suggest it needs to be bigger and have a small river running down the hill into the main river or into the bay just as a suggestion though

great idea for a cj keeping where your keeping everyone involved i would put some high wealth residential and high tech industry aswell as high wealth commercial so a bit of a mix really if you havnt named it all ready i would name it chelsea lol

i can see where your coming from but i wouldnt cause hell for my little sims living in my city by placing them on my roads lol i live in england and i cant stand them they are all over the place especially the new ones that only cover the middle of each lane THERE PURE EVIL lol
