Top Gear moved from SBS to Nine down here. Now I don't watch it any more.

To search for the ideal city today is useless. For all cities are different. Each one has its own spirit, its own problems, and its own pattern of life. As long as the city lives, these aspects continue to change. Thus to look for the ideal city is not only a waste of time but may be seriously detrimental. In fact, the concept is obsolete; there is no such thing.

You assume correctly. It stands for "Special Broadcasting Service". Much like the ABC ("Australian Broadcasting Corporation", not "American Broadcasting Company"), it is government-owned.

Going by their charter, their job is to "provide multilingual and multicultural radio and television services that inform, educate and entertain all Australians and, in doing so, reflect Australia's multicultural society". For the most part this consists of re-broadcasting foreign news, soccer games, and various documentaries. And the Tour de France, when it's on.

Jin Tao has help with many people working for and with him and he can only filter the majority of what can be accessed for the majority of civilians in the majority of China. He does not control The Internet, even if he has the most control on who sees what in his country. Mark Zuckerberg has more power.

I am talking about a type of power similar to political power, but on the internet, the power to change people's usage of the internet and the power to influence people using the internet. Watts (which are non-metric) can be used to measure the total electrical power consumed by the electronics (servers and programming/interface computers) used to support their sway over the internet. I believe that Jin Tao uses more wattage because the Great Firewall of China is very extensive.
