Where did the Chess tournament go? I wanted to finish my game! Also, if I knew which sub-forum that thread is in, I will be able to tell where to put my new Marcopoly City board game. I finished the board, most of the icons (all the ones that matter at least), wrote up the rules and posted them, I just need to put up the chance, community chest, and deed cards.

The Chess Association of Simtropolis is still in Community Goings-on, just like it's always been. Going by the rules of the thread, you lost on time about 9 and a half months ago.

I'm not a fan of the time forfeit rule (despite the fact that it was originally my idea...), because it gives people victories they really didn't earn. I would instead consider the game simply unfinished and undecided, no points for anyone.

That said, if you want to get back into SimtropoChess, I would be more than willing to play against you.

A lot of universities have professors who are working on getting tenure, and that requires a lot of impractical theoretical work. They then have to publish papers or whatever that has no real world application. It's kind of a shame. When I finally get my PhD and start teaching at a university, I really want to work at a place that is actually interested in teach the students stuff rather than increasing funding through the publishing of pointless, stupid, impractical papers.

I play Pokémon and I know that the gender of the baby hatched by the union of a ditto and other mon is always the same gender and moveset of the non-ditto.

I rarely win at chess anyways.

By the way, how can I tell which of my posts were voted up and by whom?
