Hey! 2 post rule.

To search for the ideal city today is useless. For all cities are different. Each one has its own spirit, its own problems, and its own pattern of life. As long as the city lives, these aspects continue to change. Thus to look for the ideal city is not only a waste of time but may be seriously detrimental. In fact, the concept is obsolete; there is no such thing.

-Steen Eiler Rasmussen, 1898-1990 (SimCity 2000 User Manual).

In forum games, and anywhere else specified, you have to wait until at least two other people post before you can post again.

Rules are rules, but they make sure problems don't rise. I think the 2 post rule is there to let others participate instead of having one guy hogging the fun.

I always read it as you cant put two posts down in a row. So 1 person responding is fine. Well, we learn everyday.

Indeed we do but I don't think I learned anything yet today. Oh wait I did hear a word I never heard before, but I forgot it. Apparently I also get dumber every day.

I don't know about you guys but I'm still adjusting to the "new" software. I was doing a little spring cleaning in the chess thread and, well let's just say I was reminded that I'm no formatting whiz. Check out the second post if you are up for a laugh. I'll fix it later.

We make our own bread, or use brown. Shop bought white bread just has no texture to it, theres like nothing there.

(4010)

I'm not big on bread. I'll have rolls if they're sitting on the dinner table, but that's about it. Otherwise, regular white bread I may on occasion use to make toast.

Oh, and anything that says "whole wheat" on the package is banned from my stomach. Health food is disgusting.

Only hemisphere I can think of that would have snow in June. It's merely quite foggy here now.

I'm new to this particular area of Japan, but the rainy season here has been much rainier than the region I was in before, so I'm thankful for that because it should be rainy, but horrified because our son wants to go outside all the time regardless of the weather. No one wants to deal with a screaming 1 year old, and no one wants to deal with one who's also soaking wet.

4020 when I hit reply

I don't mind healthy foods. But I do prefer white bread over wheat bread.

I don't mind healthy foods and I prefer whole wheat bread over white wheat bread. Normal, mass produced, white bread has no flavor and is a very soft texture, as well as being made with the worst form of wheat ever. Multi-grain bread with whole grains and various added seeds can sometimes taste weird (and always smell "off") but are fine in sandwiches.

I just checked on the map where Japan is and northern japan is about the same latitude as the Columbia River, Maine, and Southern France while southern Japan is in the same latitude as California, Georgia, Florida, and Morocco. The coastal areas at the same latitude as southern Japan get a lot of rain while many of the coastal areas at the same latitude as northern Japan don't get as much rain. Seeing as the Earthquake was North of Tokyo but close enough to cause damage there, I assume you moved south, very south.

Ocram's Razor: Though "more things shouldn't be used than are necessary," they're just too fun to pass up! Expect many verbose arguments from me. I will try to write abstracts before or short summaries after from now on.

Words to live by:
"Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit. But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good. For to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, and to another the word of knowledge according to the same Spirit; to another faith by the same Spirit, and to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit... But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually..." 1 Corinthians 4-11

"Do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." Matthew 6:34
"Do not judge so that you will not be judged. For in the way you judge, you will be judged; and by your standard of measure, it will be measured to you." Matthew 7:1-3
