I had to do the same when I went back to High School in September. I had almost no sleep schedule at all during the summer and had to get back to regular sleeping again.

Meme is too broad of a term. According to TED regular Memes are done in person (language, fashion, shopping, etc) while Temes are done with the aid of technology (telephone, fax, internet, AI).

As far as I can tell, it's only been used by Susan Blackmore and then only as a subset of memes spread by the internet and other technological means. I, and many others, do not think there is sufficient difference between these and memes spread through other means for a distinction to be drawn.

TEME is also thromboembolic meningoencephalitis, although memetics and medical science rarely, if ever, overlap.

OK, I read about technomemes elsewhere but whatever, I will call all of them memes. I still have yet to watch a full episode of MLP:FiM though I have not watched any full episodes of any animation (not even my favorite animes) for about a week. I did, however, watch the last half of the last season of Doctor Who.
