Wow! You're cranking out these NYC skyscrapers so fast I can barely keep up with all the developments. I think I spy the UBS Building on 51st and 6th Avenue.

Secret project? Just as long as you get Metropolitan Tower and Cityspire done (and 601 Lexington, Citigroup Center, 345, 299 and 245 Park Avenue, CBS and the Sixth Avenue swath also) :P I'll be happy with whatever it is.

Hmmm.... 330 meters tall? That leaves only a few buildings.... 30 Rock maybe? It's right in the part of Midtown you're BATing. Looking forward to this mystery project.

Actually if it's 330 after vertical scale it means there's something like 250 meters   :P (or I got it wrong again)

Should be Bloomberg Tower or Condé Nast Building  :D

    Speculation, speculation....

I will say that it is a group project, but I won't divulge details until the other people involved are ready.

    The Metlife/Helmsley Building complex???

    Speculation, speculation....

Given that the MetLife building is 246 meters tall (which, when scaled vertically by the usual 133%, becomes 328 meters) and that PBGV didn't deny the previously-suggested lot size of 7x19 (which is equivalent to four city blocks in Manhattan), I'm thinking it's a combination of the Helmsley Building, MetLife Building and Grand Central Terminal. If so, I can only hope for a functional Park Avenue Viaduct... :ohyes:  Even without that, though, I can hardly wait to see the first previews. This is going to be epic (even if I'm wrong)!

Clearly he has decided to BAT downtown Manhattan. The only way downtown is possible is by making it one giant plopable BAT.

Yup, especially since some of his creations are just perfect for the International Month. :/

Citigroup isn't really near finished. I've been working on 299 tonight and with some new pictures I've found some major errors. I'll probably get the rest of those fixed tomorrow. 345 Park Ave needs a few updates, mainly blinds and maybe a couple materials, and all of them need modeled interiors and new night lights.

Here's the planned order with the group project thrown in somewhere.

    1: 299 Park

    2: 270 Park

    3: 345 Park

    4: 600 Lexington

    5: 425 Lexington

    6: Lever

    7: Citigroup

    8: 277 Park

    9: 280 Park

    10: Westin

What's left of the tower section of the Westin is simple enough, but the chaos at the base is what's putting me off on that one.

Please remember that it's not considered adequate to comment on threads that have been silent by long time. PBGV posted here last time in March of 2014, but logged into the site less than a month ago. I would recommend a polite private message asking if they still have the model files.
