    Thanks for kind comments :)

I exported the model in game and got a non optimal result.

After few advises from Simfox, I have something decent to present you.

Still stays questions if I BAT all the base of the tower to fit perfectly a 16m tiling or I let place for lotting.

I think the amount of base you've BATed is good. For the rest I guess just find a good ground texture in the lot editor. I don't know which though. I've tried looking for a good dark grey paver for one of my own BATs and haven't found a good one yet. :uhm:

    Thanks for your nice comments,

@Jasoncw, yes I think too but I am not confident with a good lotting regarding this tower...

@Aaron & Skyscraper, no need to rush indeed, & it will take long time before getting something correct above all with the night scene...

The first try with the nightlights:

    9051be0be8f7d64e3e2146d0a432c345.jpg

But I didn't work on it for 1 month now...

I just had time to reborn something from the cave, even it's useless for the game:

    Sweet dreams

    Thanks for the comments

Small news as my thesis takes me lot of time,

An old project which comes back at the agenda...

    chalet.jpg

I finally decided to BAT the entire plaza of EDF tower. It will fit better to the game:

Stay the main problem of the color of the ground...

C'est magnifique! This goes to show once more just how much a good base can add to a skyscraper. :)

That should be possible - if the tiles are the same size as default textures, the entrance should sit just right.

Thanks a lot for the kind comments,

It has been designed to fit perfectly with the game, at first with the position and secondly in terms of textures. I don't transit enable my lots as the scrutineering process in devo is more complex.

Keep in mind, you can do it yourself easily with sc4 tool.

The same for the previous tower (GAN) which fits perfectly too with the road system.

If you have the time and the motivation, I think you should do a tutorial simmilar to the one Jason did on how you made the glass for this building.

It's got to be some of the best we've ever seen.

Btw, is that night lighting actually done with real lights...

I agree with Cockatoo and Amthaak. Tuts are always great. A glas tut would be great although Jason already made such a tut. It would be great to be able to compare different ways of making glass. And a nite lite tutorial would be great, too.

Thanks a lot for your kind words.

I will put a small tuto on the glass as soon as I will finish my thesis.

I try to extend my flora skills to wheat fields:

    Early spring:

Late spring (I have to work a little bit more on the colors... %wrd):

I am bored with EDF tower and it's lighting, seems that the lighting from SF is more complex than I though with shaders... I have not the skills for this for time:
