You have made a whole collection of that style, that would be a new building style in Simcity4, what do you call it?

When are we going to see some of those BATs?

    Congratulations on the upload!

About DarkNite and MaxisNite, if you put the two versions in separate .zip files, you can upload the .zip files separately and when someone presses the download button they'll be presented with the two different .zip files to choose from. :)

Thanks all for the kind comments

IL - Thanks, these are Latin-American style buildings, the old ones are have their origin when Mexico was a colony of Spain, by the way I am not the first one to create those kind you can check the work of others like Debussyman, Heblem and Tcx amongst others.

Jasoncw - Many thanks, now I know...I guess too late t change it now...but it is good to know for future uploads!

    Moving on...

These how my next UNAM buildings should look, I think I will make them available first individually and then combined...The Humanindades Tower II is being exported, the postgrado de arquitectura needs some more work on the roof junk, nighlights and hopefully some of Girafe amazing trees!

I think that your last BAT is very good, only one thing I noticed.

I think that maybe you should make the floors' red textures, abit more obvious, and detailed, maybe less red, or maybe making the squares and lines a bit more obvious, the whole BAT is red, and another red floor, hides the details that you spent on your BAT, not to mention it takes the attention from the building.

    Thoughts:

Maybe something artistic(red or redish if you like) on that empty red wall, that wall reminds me of this wall in Beirut; Lebanon:

    or this in Kairouan; Tunisia:

    :)

Inless you are copying a real life building.

Yes, IL it looks quite red and I love murals even this complex has two; however, I have a dilemma as this are indeed based on a real life buildings...

By the way I was thinking on doing some buildings similar to the ones you showed with graffiti murals...

Unless someone has something to say I will start with the night-lights and then I will give it to girafe for some of his amazing flora.

One thing, I think that you should add some small edges to the roofs, to make it look like an edge if you know what I mean, because it looks too smooth on the edges.

IL: This is the building in question, as you can see it doesn't have edges. As for your previous post you can see many of the roofs in Mexico City are as red as it gets, I reduce the saturation and the tone of red in my buildings to help them fit a bit better with the game's palette.

I saw this today and thought it was worth a bump.  Some and probably all of Harishna's UNAM buildings were designed by this guy.
