Im using CAM 2.1 Rural.  It took me a few years to get the zoning just right.  I keep re-doing the region from scratch ever once in a while.

It;s called >

CO$$ Stage 9 Mikassa Malla Corporate Lofts

Jobs 4679

I zoned 6x6 High Commercial and it somehow split into 2 separate buildings.  It's supposed to be 1 building at 3x6 zone.

It's part of this collection

EDIT:

Actually I thought you meant photo #2,  It's same scenario and split into 2 buildings, but it's part of the same collection in link

EDIT-EDIT:  Here is the info for Photo #1

I already posted this in my recent CJ entry, but this is currently my fav when it comes to waterfront pictures. Roads running along this area harmonize with the embankments really well. But first and foremost, the way this corner building aligns to directly face a pedestrian bridge, is a small but precious little achievement.

The "SimCity 4" vanilla Opera House is the most evil thing in existence. Avoid.

Automated Notice Message

All posts after 1 March, 2026 @ 01:37 GMT were lost in the site crash.

We've added this message thread divider in every topic across all forums for what were then active threads. (We decided active is if the most recent extant post (from the backup) was on or after 1 January, 2026.)

This divider serves as notice that the conversation was interrupted. Answers and further discussion which used to be here have been lost. Keep this in mind when replying. Our hope is to rebuild what is missing.

I am Lab Rat.

The Rocklin Lake Reservoir - Rocklin Island Waterworkswith a selection of hotels, residences, and office parks nearby, The Rocklin Lake Reservoir includes the National Waterworks, The Northwest Metropolitan Water Treatment Facility (not pictured) and a small creek flowing out, called Muddy Creek, known for its rancid water because of all the large industries nearby. If you want to see the creek better, or some other lakeside areas, I'd be happy to show you *;)

Beautiful work!  I like how you've taken the 'squared-off' route as I often do.
