Haven't posted a while because I did'nt have the interest and school and been busy...       So what do you think of my first attempts of making a rocky, steepy something of a shoreline there. Any suggestions, praisings or other? Love to get tips or something becase I am somewhat of a beginner in using MMPs.

Im a total newb at this game and starting all over again from the ground up. I really now have enough stuff to design this map I've been working on.

It's going to take me years to learn slops and all the Sea stuff. It should work out perfect, by the time I get to that part of region I should have learned lot more to do that.

This map is going to take me a few months to fill out.

There is always something new to learn. I just ran into a big problem and discovered Im missing sidewalk filler between Zoned Farm and road. I traced it to the PEG Mountain Trails that is supposed to replace the old Pine trails.

The only things I have in that folder is Amphitheater, Railroad Crossing, Rec Pack 1, Sway Bridge and just the 306.dat in root directory.  I don't think it's the REC Pack,  so it gotta be Railroad Crossing or the 306.dat itself.   I can use this Mod for another map without farms, so maybe I'll check out the Logging theme and see if I get same issues.

A kind of swampy little pond I made with MMPs which was a lot of fun and a little nature trail for hikers and a nice campsite also there.

Some ideas:

• Consider getting a custom selection of terrain mods, in particular beach and sea water. The rocky coastline could look better with a more natural (and perhaps more transparent) water and a sand that resembles in color the rocks
   
• Make sure that, in the steeper shorelines, rocks are packed more tightly, like around the offices next to the beachside plazas, the industrial buildings and the lighthouse's point.

     Bringing some lovely beaches and coastal lagoons to liven this up!     

 

Is there an excess of road capacity in this area?     

 

 

The region is still immature and disconnected, so gentrification of this area is still lagging.

Old Port Mohrbechan:

The Southern Ocean fishery is vital to the Commonwealth of Nactegal, and the oldest part of town accordingly grew up around fisheries (and whaling, but that's been phased out). The old harbour gives way to a pedestrian promenade to the east as it transitions to the downtown, but the Old Port is still a heritage waterfront highlight.

A rare non-tropical example:

A rich residential neighbourhood overlooking Norseman's Bay in Prince Alfred, a bedroom community in the Commonwealth of Nactegal. Yeah, those are king penguins down there on the beach. Nactegal's as far south as you can get a country.

I like this and the real world prolly uses the same concept when they can.

Compressed JPG is the preferred way to go for attached files. They can come in at 300-400KB for a full screenshot when set to 85%.
