I just re-bought the game and started playing again after 7 years! Looks like lots of things have changed and the user generated content is huge - almost too much to handle.

While you are all talking about the populations, can you also list how many sim years old are your cities? Also, do you continually go back and forth between the cities in the region?

My largest city , Mukwonago, had a population of 5.5 million. Unfortunatly, due to the incredible amount of rain that southeastern Wisconsin got yesterday, my computer was covered in water due to basement flooding. Now I have to start over

I have one region that I haven't played in a while called "Metro Riviera". Population was about 2 million. Lagest cities were: Riviera City 300,000 ; Bridgeport 250,000 ; Lime Plains 210,000. There were also other large cites like Fulton, Portland, and......this other one that escapes my memory...these were all between 50,000 and 100,000.

My region has 13,609,000 people. And I'm not even half done.

I'm trying for realism so my largest city has 700,000. And I still think thats a bit much.

Hmmm....Well i've had many regions, But i've just recently decided to leave the Metropolis-Filled regions behind for a more wooded Natural region. Keep in mind that it has one big city though. But on a region map that covers about 35 large tiles with 17 finished so far, the population is only 90,000. Im trying to create a scenic region that would be good in a CJ...if i was going to make one in the future....*hinthint*

Awaiting signature arrival...

My largest (and current) is Chase County, been working on it for over two years, it works out to about 60 large tiles by 20. Population is a little over 1 and a half million, mostly small towns, suburbs and one large city.

It would have been larger, but I tend to take a ridiculously long time building even small towns, due to kind-of-OCD and the want (nay, need!) to make it perfectly realistic.

@Dumanios: That city tile you have with "Baltimore", that is where I had made my largest city so far, "Seabrook". What's your current population there? I think mine was about 500,000.
