Jill Jacobs Weekly Top 20

Welcome to my new CJ list.  The goal of this thread is to provide an easy to read rating system for CJs that are currently being updated.  I'm not trying to replace or interfere with PhatHead or Phat's Hottest CJs.  What this list does is compare only CJs that have received posts or views in the last week.  Any CJ new or old could be the top CJ of the week, all it takes is getting more replies or views than the others.

What I do is count the difference between the replies and views of the most recent 200 CJs in the forum.  whichever of them have the most from that week are ranked based on views and replies.  I then take the average of the two rankings to see where it falls overall.  It's a lot more simple than it sounds...

Anyway, I hope you like the list.  Good luck, and I hope to see you all at #1 at some point.

So I take it that the CJ with the largest combination of views/replies takes #1? Interesting system.

I remember way back when Dedgren made stats for CJs, and Thundercrack83 uses a similar system (replies only) to create a list at SC4D.

Congrats on another successful weekly top 20 Jill Jacobs! I'm surprised to find myself in the top spot, that's for sure!

One thing you have that other stats I've seen do not is that you show the increase in views as well as comments. I find this is a great way to represent data because a CJ that doesn't get too many comments can still make the list based on views, allowing those who lurk there to contribute to their success.

With all the new CJs I've been seeing on ST lately I'm sure this top 20 will see high turnover each and every week as new entries make their way on the list.

I'm already looking forward to next week's update!
