That looks like a place where you keep your door locked at night...  

...if the government ever gave you a lock, of course...

The tram network is very orginial though. Specifically the one in the fifth image of the mosaic. The tower block in #6 does not look like a nice place to live! I like the sidewalk triangles at the intersections, and the triangle tree planters in the #8 and 9^th pictures is orginal too. Their's an awful lot of traffic in those small apartment (read slum ) complexes for whatever reason.

Is nearly everything in that scene custom-lotted?
