I meant to update about a week ago but i got caught up with other stuff.  Nevertheless, here are some replies to your comments...

haljackey:  First comment, haha.  The University development won't be for awhile I just want to show some people for the next few updates what to expect in the future.  Thanks for the comment as always one of the best!

GreekMan:  Thanks for the comment and it's great to see what used to be a little city hit a quarter of a million.  I really hope you like this update!

knarfmo:  Thanks for the comment, but do you notice the grid leave the newer areas?

MTLT_17:  Thanks Marshall (and btw amazing FS video last night).  To be honest, Calgary, Alberta is my favorite city in Canada.

ky72x:  Thanks for the comment and I have to apoligize for being away but I will try to update as frequently as I can with school, the gym, and work.  I hope you like Update 15 Kyle!

roboo1:  Thanks for the comment and I placed a few snapshots of Arbour Lake in here for you.

x.V.I.N.C.E.N.T.x:  Wow, I don't really know what to say but thanks a lot dude.  What do you mean by lightbulb inspiration moment though?  Like you decided to make your subdivisions like that .  Well, thanks for the complimenting comments Vincent, haha.

    jacqulina:  Thanks for the comment.

sedimenjerry:  Thanks for the comment and that is one of the reasons this update has been taking awhile.  I hope you like the region shot of the RHW (Deerfoot Trail).

Ntq$310:  Thanks for the comment and I hope this is another one to look forward to.

dfnva:  I really liked your comment.  It's true, I'm trying to get rid of the desolate neighbourhoods being made now and more into enviormentally friendly neighbourhoods.  Well I have a couple pictures of the new intersections so let me know what you think,

    Thanks Dan.

anarchy0029:  Thanks for the comment as always!  Now lets read what you have to say about the developed area.

Shadow_Assassin:  Finally back to school eh?  Well some manufacturing will be next to the airport, eventually.  Looking forward to hearding from you again.

Artur_001:  Thanks for the comment and I hope you like this update.

TrentonD:  Wow, what a nice comment!  ANd you live in Calgary - my future city haha.  I have been to Calgary countless times and I love the city.  I hope to hear back at you and thanks for the comment.

tomdapom:  Another amazing comment.  Thanks so much.  Let me know what you think of this update!

spore415:  Thanks for the comment and no worries.

As for everyone else here, after a long set of comments, here is UPDATE 15:

Great stuff man! The newspaper really looks awesome. Great shopping district, and new residential development. Really ties in nicely. The highway looks amazing!!! Can't wait to see it finished (The highway that is)

And again I am impressed. Your future city eh? We should talk via PM or something, you seem like an interesting guy haha. Anyways, onto your update..

I can't get over the amazing realism your CJ displays. The layout of the city, the lakes, the residential areas, and the way the commercial areas are arranged are all perfect! Even though I know the city is fictional, the fact that you're using names of areas in Calgary really make it feel like home, it's weird haha. I'm about 30 seconds away from Nose Hill Drive here. Enough rambling though, all I can say is great work and keep it coming!

Great use of those malls! I love how everything is shown in the region view. Very realistic growth along the highways and avenues.

Amazing Dan, or is it Rusty?

    AnyHOO

Yes, I think we have the same idea what a "suburban" life is supposed to be like here in the US. I'm a Chicagoan so, I see a mix of every type of suburban development.  In recent memory, I don't think I ever saw another CJ that actually landscaped around BAT's of all sorts?  That's the way it should be done. My biased opinion of course lol..

You definitely pinned this one down!

    I really love it.

Stunning. I think pictures 15.8 and 15.9 are some of the best suburban examples i've seen in a long time. Pure joy.

The newspaper looks great too. Really professionally set out. I too, found it a bit of a strain to read the enlarged!

    I look forward to more!

I love that you included a blurb about Tim Horton's in your paper. So good. Are those popular?---I think I went everyday when I was in Michigan on holiday.

Very beautiful. You're cities are so realistic and suburban! But you might want to put in a little more mass transit especially for the downtown because otherwise you'll be using valuable space on parking arias and you'll have unwanted pollution but if the cars you're way to go I cant blame you. I'm just saying just put a tad bit more mass transit in and Thanks. PS I'm Itching for another update so make one soon ok, Thanks bye bye! ((:

Nice set of pictures in the newspaper, I like that Dodge Charger. 4.gif And I sure really enjoyed this update! The cemetery and the areas around the two malls are very impressive. Stunning overviews of the housing developments around the lake and the long strip of retail along the RCT. Out of the night pics, I liked the one with the hospital and the industrial the most. 9.gif

Hey everyone sorry for the lack of updates as school has gotten the best of me.  I will have an update by the end of next week and replies to your comments.  In the mean time, here is a region picture.
