Yes lol, I like neon buildings but think I got most of them now.

 

Im not sure what to do with surrounden building, maybe some more mid-rise I have to search for and more High rise residential

I like that you integrated a large rail station into it. I've never played around with rail much and probably wouldn't be that great with making a useful network with it. Nice choice of buildings too.

Yer cheers. That railway station has changed positions about 4 times over the city's lifetime. I'm determined to find a place for it.

Stick some diagonally oriented buildings around that diagonal avenue (no closer than the buildings are currently) and I'll be a big fan. Houses are oddly close to the CBD though in my mind.

I'll give that a go; trying out diagonal buildings. As for the houses being close to the CBD, well I call that the Los Angeles effect- a cluster of tall skyscrapers in the CBD surrounded by buildings only a fraction of the size.

Great business park! I have a question. Which building is the one on the second picture (with all the shiny glass)? And what is the name of the parking garage? That would be a great addition to my cities as well.

Dunno what the building is, but the car park is from the modular airport stuff on the LEX. Search under transport - air. Should be there.

Thanks mate. These are from a Japanese site (or probably two). I forgot the names, but they were linked on Japanese BAT gallery on Simcity 4 Devotion forums, and then going deep into those sites I found the buildings.

 

Some buildings are in a pack, while some are individual.

@ Priyon, I love how dense that area is! Those w2w buildings look great together!

 

Here are a couple snapshots from downtown Malvern:

 

This is a Galleria area that I just built on the edge of downtown and the medium density apartment areas surrounding it. So far I've got a Louis Vuitton and a Nordstrom anchoring the area, along with a separate concourse of smaller specialty stores. I'm thinking about adding a Neiman Marcus next.

Now that's a great 'business park' as I'd call it, clhigh7.

 

I'd tuck in some small 1x1 shops in the few open grass areas, although that might ruin the good look it has now. I love how you placed parks and trees so well.

Thanks for the tip about the parking garage. I've been searching for it for a while now.

If you go to the LEX, click the search tab in the top, left corner and then select latest, it's about 80 files down.  Or, click the search tab, then power search, the select xannepan under the author/creator list.  The parking garages were released around the same time as his airport stuff.  

 

Additionally, all of his other releases are amazing and very creative, definitely some game changing mods on that list.

Good downtown but that beach looks so dangerous a fall to the ocean. I like the last one there is some green in there so people like me can breathe better.

Any feedback on mine? I'm trying to decide if I should turn it into a full scale project
