An excellent update and a great idea with the underwater tunnel, this is getting better and better!! One question: what are the yellow things on the promenade on top of the first picture? Water taxi stations?

...oh, the underwater tunnel is great- it'd be cool if such tunnels existed in the game...,

Very nice update as always Suplado! I really like that bridge and the entire marina scene(especially the apartments). The construction and the tunnel are nice touches to the island. Great job!

Wow I'd really love to go through a tunnel like that, the ones around here are boring tubes Though it wouldn't matter since it is the Hudson river, which is basically pitch black 3 feet underneath the surface. Anyway look forward to the next update.
