i like the construction pics of the canal; an interesting concept. all the residences you used fit in so well with the theme of the CJ, you must have a HUGE plug-ins folder.

and don't worry about not updating frequently: i'm lucky to have an update once a week! take care!

Well, I think it's high time I actually commented on this CJ, seeing as how I've been coming in from time to time.  Problem was, I was rendered too speechless on all occasions to actually say something...

I have to say, this CJ is truly something special.  Everything about it is unique: the region itself, the layout of the city, the photo editing, the lot editing, etc...it's such a refreshing thing to see!  Heh heh...I'm supposing that's why you recieved the "Most Unique Region" Trixie, eh ?

I really like the work you're doing with Marrast's filler tiles.  Lining your avenues with them, I mean, and filling in certain other spots.  It looks awesome, what can I say!  And as BT said, your photoshopping is unbelievable!  You do it just right ...it adds so much to your pictures, I think (to me, the softening conveys heat, so the desert seems just that much more sweltering...but then you add all these marinas and ocean beaches, so the effect of an oasis is the one that ultimately shines through.  To me, anyways ).

Keep going with this as long as possible, please!  I'll try and pop in a bit more often...

P. S. You were part of my inspiration when I made the beach in my city...

Fantastic. Amazing work! The gulf park is stunning. Really nice that it is not 'rectangled', I mean the edge of the park is smooth and curvy. In the desert it must have been costy to maintain that park. I don't know how do they remove the daily dust that the wind blows to the grass from the desert.
