Maybe your glass need to be improved here. I don't know, maybe you should add some wavy effect or the color of the reflections. I never seen this building in the real life... It's just my first impression...

Could there be a forum rule that if a thread author has not posted in the associated thread for a week, the thread automatically locks itself until the author posts again?

Threads that tend to get bumped a lot get locked by the moderators, but I don't think there's a forum mechanism for doing that automatically.

Nope, and if they weren't bumped up, such a mechanism wouldn't even have to be taken into consideration because inactive threads would drift peacefully to the bottom.

 

Automatically locking all inactive threads after a week would require BAT artists that return after a hiatus (or even after some longer holidays) to ask a moderator to re-open the thread. This would cause additional hassle and delay, and some BATters might actually be scared away - either because they are disgruntled or because they think they may have done something wrong. It's not official Simtropolis policy, but I personally tend towards pampering our BAT artists and contributors a little to make sure they feel always welcome and at home here, so I'll lock a thread only when it gets bumped annoyingly often, and I always leave an explanation and a friendly invitation to contact me or another mod for re-opening for the BATter so they know they're welcome to return any time.

Yeah and theres some other BATter doing Brookfeild place too so thats all of Perth's dominant skyscrapers. I'll be able to build perth and look out my window as a reference

 

But yeah this, bankwest and Vlasky's ESB are my top 3 for the year. Central park is just such a cool building

Base of Central Park is coming along slowly, there's not really anything solid to show yet

I'm working on something a bit simpler as well to get back in the swing of using Max.

Roof is still a work in progress
