AfroThunda Thanks. I like how well the refinery turned out. It started off as an experiment but one thing led to another and 2 hours later I had that, haha. Yes, the downtown is still fairly small, but thats to be expected with only 350 000 people in the region. Maybe in the next real-estate update I'll put a downtown lot up for development opportunities.

Simcity Freak Thanks! Those buildings... you mean the housing project ones? Those are one of SOMY's masterful creations, I believe on the prev page there is a link to his site. ahh, here it is. I'm trying not to plop lots of buildings in the downtown, soo because the regions population is fairly low (I guess??) theres not much demand for large skyscrapers...

football_fever Hey, welcome! Thanks for stopping by! I started reading your CJ, got half way through and it took my whole lunch hour! a great read though. Haha, well, I'll have to see your next refinery, no doubt it will be even better than mine. The yellow building... ummm, I dont know.. It's probably a Dubai building I d/led... I'm back! Stunning job, Giligone! I can't believe that rafinery! Nice oil building in downtown, too! This is too awesome-one of the best cj's I've seen since I came here (or at least started posting lol) There's no word to describe what I'm seeing...fabulous. Keep it up!

Oooook. So I had a really cool idea at work today for a CJ, and so I finally got the first update put together for that, so be sure to go and check it out. Just so you know, this in no way means Nemonos will be stopped, as you'll notice the 2 are so very different as to pose no threat of interfering or any such non-sense. Just thought I'd make that clear so no one was fretting (haha as if anyone would!). Stay tuned for the next update!

umm...choco warned me once when I had two pics in my sig...I'd get rid of one...or merge them into a gif like I did...or put them side by side like ccecill..but it can't be wider than 300 pixels

But it sounds like an interesting idea from the title.  I wanted to start my new CJ, but Crystal City takes up all my time.  I don't know how choco does it

ccecil Number 6, I guess thats an ok number... 7 would have been better, but alas, haha. SFC west, excellent. I didn't want to have to play the Cougars alot, word on the street is they have a brick wall of a defense corps. Awww, the first game isn't a home game, **sigh** That'll buy the owners a bit more time for the stadium. Thanks alot for doing this season, its gonna be saweeeeeet!!! Oh, also, Nemonos for the Sim Bowl!

Where to Build the New Stadium?

Here is a map of the 3 main candidate sites in the region. So, Tell us where!

-beside the current Arena stadium

-In the downtown core (likely on reclaimed lands)

-North of Cairn (hey, they are the highlanders after-all)

I agree with Mikeaut. Is Nemonos in the STHL as well? Vontaria is, but then again, Crossrivers isn't in. Just wondering if Vontaria would be playing Nemonos at all...that would be kinda funny. The Highlanders would stomp out the Vipers with sticks. Lol. Nemonos just keeps getting better and better!

i would say north, it's close at the airport, not to far from downtown, and it lies next to a highway, and there's eneough space.

And for the updates itself, the look great!! the region sure develops fast. great looking suburbs!!

the one right in the center is terrible for inner city traffic, the one in the lower is crazy to reach, and in addition, the upper has a short way to the airport, for international events good if the other teams just "drop-in" for the match

Isnt land pretty expensive downtown for a stadium? i say build it beside the current arena Nice Jersey BTW, though its rare to see Jerseys with that much graphics (well what do i know, my only sport is basketball )
