October 4th.... It was discovered that a mysterious VERY fast growing tree grew out of the cracks of the road and an unsuspecting car happened to hit it, causing one of the largest car-wrecks your history!!!!!!!! (that is my prediction!) lol  This of course brought in the concept of 'insurance' to your people, and soon the whole city was paying insurance for all sorts of things, which caused the city to fall into debt from the mega-insurance companies, which in turn turned everyone poor.  Soon an outbreak of cholora broke out, and killed off 95 per cent of its citizens, leaving the few remaining survivors to establish a 'Free Zone"  (like in the movie The Stand).  BUT, then certain individuals decided to militarize the whole Free Zone, and turn it into a One World Order, or government.  This new government announced it was going to usher in a new and glorious age for the City

As with all of your updates, I'm quite impressed with the excellent layout and development of the quaint community of Schulmericho.  You have efficiently laid out your street "grids" and have made most effective use of the available space.  As you are quite aware, my dear Schulmanator, one must ensure there is enough space in which to conduct one's business.

It is along these lines that I'd like to enter into an arrangement with you.  My research (and those of my Staff) tell me that Schulaericho and the surrounding area is going to continue to develop and, ultimately, become a business Mecca for this part of Schulmania.

Because of this, VAN Enterprises would like to establish a business presence within the walls of Schulmericho.  Obviously location is of importance to me, however; a subdued presence is equally importance.  By this, I mean I wish to have a location from which my business(es) can be seen and recognized yet, I require a location in which said business(es) can be conducted away from -- let us say -- the public's scrutinizing eye.

I thank you, in advance, for your consideration and once again offer you my congratulations on the makings of this wonderful village.
