When you are trying to have a normal conversation with someone, the words "so, what do you think of SimCity" come up more often than you want them to.

... when you fall into a deep depression which takes over a year and a half to at least partly gradually diminish, after you have accidentally delete your saved game you have worked so hard for together with all other data on the harddrive when deleting an account in Microsoft Windows XP without knowing this will happen.

Yes, this has happened to me 15.gif.

And finally now... some one and a half years later, i have recovered enough and gathered enough strength to start thinking of making a new city, a copy actually. The only thing i have to relate to is this screenshot from the regionview. There was a lot of details to it, for example i had a "memorial walk" instead of walk of fame. In the middle of the avenues troughout the cities. Memorial statues, id only given name to some of them. And there was like several thousands 3.gif. (or was it hundreds...). And as u can see i was just about to develope a new residential area in the northeastern part of the city.

Where the pyramids etc are, i had two long cultural avenues, one starting from teh pyramid, and the other, northern one, from the colloseum and towards the east

When the first thing you think of when you hear the fire wake you up happens to be "where's that dispatch fire trucks button?" (acutally happened to me once)

when your on vacation and walking through a new city and are looking around and getting ideas for your cities

i do this with every city i visit. the bad thing is, that some ideas require a new region and i cant ever stick to just on region because i have so many ideas, lol, i need to keep a journal/log of all this.

You pass by a construction site and are suprised that the ground isn't green yellow or blue.

you try to use a transit query on google maps.

you refer to a metropolitan area as a region (Ex, l live in the Atlanta Region)

you wonder why your car doesn't have a green diamond above it (U-Drive It)

Instead of blaming traffic jams on the cars, you blame it on a inefficent transit system, and think of ways to improve it.

You can't sleep because you are worried that your building wont render.

Okay that's enough for now
