Welcome to DMScopio BATs showcase. Here is the place where you will get the latest update of my non Shenzhen BAT works, and for me to collect useful comment from you. Your comment is always important to me even if it is something simple like "good work" or "keep it up".

As you might have noticed in STEX, I also make BATs of Shenzhen regularly.  You  will not  see

those SZ BATs here, but you can find them in the HKABT room forum. Here is the link

So here is the break down of all projects in my hands so far:

Excuse me for being trite, but it needs more roof detail.

Asside from that, it's an absolutely amazing work. I just love the soaring roof structure, it doesn't look immediately like what it is and it gives the impression of a spire at a glance.

This is stunning! The detail on the walls is incredible. As david1314 mentioned, roof detail/weathering could be improved, but I'm sure you're planning to do that already. It looks like the base will fill up a complete 3x3 or 4x4 lot- that's great, because I hate when valuable real estate on Simcity lots is taken up by parking lots rather than buildings. (Except for the stage 8s)

Great details! I would have preferred a more traditional top (something like the Chrysler Building perhaps), but I can respect good work even if it's not my style. Keep it up.

Spa: I like the Chrysler roof as well. infact, I was gotta do a different version of the roof that looks very similar to that. But I modify  that to this cuz this is easier to make.3.gif

ok, i have done somthing with the roof and here is the update:

    render9sz2.jpg

And also other details on the belcony:

    render10fy2.jpg

    render11wp0.jpg

I will put more details for the roof/belcony. maybe some plants and fountain, not sure now. I will work on it over the weekend. What do you guys think about the sundeck idea? So if you have any idea, just tell me or PM me. Meanwhile I am having problem in rendering. Hopefully, I will figure it out...I really want to share this tower with you guys.

    Anyway, thanks for your comments.

    Peace out.

The wood colour on the top looks a bit out of place in my opinion, but the rest of the building looks great! 4.gif

I like the art deco-ness of it. It reminds me of some sci fi drawings from the 20's or 30's that illustrated what they thought the future would look like.

The roof deck is ok (maybe make the wood more grey), and make sure to add a door to get to the roof.

Ok, it is time to reveal my next project:render1on0.jpg

I know there are lots of people are reqesting more stadiums, I am one of them. Then I realize why don't i just make one myself. So here is what I got so far. I will let you guys guess what stadium this is. It is the future home of my favourite soccer club.  Right  now I am still making the model, but your opinion or suggestion are always welcomed.

Looks great so far... but I have two questions:

    1. How big is it?

    2. Are the towers going to have wires running down to the roof as support?

It will be a 12x10 lot.

And for your second question, here is the answer:

    render4zg8.jpg

I just spent 2-3 hours on the details. Time to get away from the computer....

Ok...here is another update of this stadium. I just put some texture on it. here it is:

    render6fp9.jpg

    render7el1.jpg

And since no one willing to give it a shot of guessing what stadium it is, so I just gonna tell you that it is the New Anfield (AKA Stanley Park), the future home my favourite football club FC Liverpool.

    Enjoy then.

For some reason it looks really small in these shots. Having said this, the size you mentioned (12x10) sounds about right. We do have a lot of soccer stadiums, but this one's a really well modeled and is almost certain to find a place in Lindisfarne.

Wow, that's very impressive! 4.gif Is the area around the stadium final? I'm asking because that striped lawn texture looks a bit odd IMHO, and the entire area is a bit empty so far... the stadium itself, though, is easily one of the best I've ever seen for SC4!
