7/10: It needs to be worked on, but there is good chance that with a little more work it looks good. If you read this, well, that's my opinion, I think that by now, that city is completely different.

Rate this one of mine, it has no modifications, it's a clean image.

Where did you get that road textures?

They are two different ones:

The roads are the old SFBT Euro Road Textures Mod, the one from 2007. Nothing new there, but if wish to download one of these, you better download the newer version that was released a few weeks ago: the NAM Euro Cosmetic Re-texture Mod. Beware that it conflicts with the old one.

While the sidewalks use Paeng's Sandstone Sidewalk Mod, which you can find in the STEX, I used the unique texture for all wealths, that's why it looks so uniform.
