crazychickensc12 ... Thanks for the comments, I'm glad you think the photoshopping is as good as the pictures ... makes the effort worth it. Trixies comming up eh ... hmm .. I better start working harder to make my CJ worth while ... any suggestions?

Menotyou ... Thanks for both your comments. Glad you liked the updates... any particular parts that you liked that you could give some feedback on ... be a great help. Glad you liked the newspaper too.

Leech10 ... Thanks for also popping in and for the support ... I'm loving Zabitake and the current storyline too ... very interesting. I bet you can't wait for more.

jacqulina ... Thanks for the kind words once again.. I'm sure you are correct that the Mayor is happy with it... I myself have mixed emotions. I love the development and the design, but I'm not happy with the overall sprawl and unclean downtown definition .. but something for me to work on.

yoder7652 ... Thanks... glad you liked the choices.. although most grew naturally after a little effort and zoning for secific ones, I did end up plopping a few as well ... just those I loved and pictured in my mind as being right for the location and company involved.

owenluby ... Thanks ... indeed it will ... 25pages so far my CJ, and I'm still on the capital ... hehe. I've started some other small areas as well and currently working on making some farmlands... but that is taking time, cause it's a lot of work in the LE to get a lot of growable farm variety. Thanks to 2ch for making some great farm props though ...

Schulmanator ... Thanks for the comments, glad you like the plaza and the newspaper... what did you think of this update though, the all those great buildings...? Love to get your feedback on those... thanks.

Yoman3 ... Hmm ... yeah it is... but atleast you have it up, some are working on getting it finished in time for my next update... and some haven't even started, not to mention ones from this update that haven't included this HQ on their wiki site...  Glad you chose to loctate your HQ here... as well as a few other buildings in the vacinity. Look forward to working with you in the future.

Thanks everyone so far... there is an update coming soon... more great buildings from the SCJU precinct... and I look forward to seeing all your great comments and feedback.

Glenni ... Thanks for the comments about my city and for letting us in on your next project ... I always look forward to seeing what you come up with. 60's style is ok ... I'm sure it will be used, as I'm sure my city was around in the 60's ... lol.

Gecko_2006 ... Thanks my friend ... great to see you back about the boards... I hope that we can work on a few trade and Diplomatic deals now that you have finished your moving and stuff... Look forward to talking to you again.

Yoman3 ... Ok my friend... I look forward to seeing what you come up with in the end. I agree it is a little bit of a mess... you are trying to use a pre-made template that is projected I think. Try starting from scratch or looking through the template section, see if you can find something generic.

tommiej ... Thanks for the great comments and feedback. I'm really glad you like the layout and design, I work for a few days on this area to get it right.  I'm pretty pleased with the way it turned out.

Now... no update just yet, but I do have a picture I forgot to add to the previous update ...

Located on the corner of the expansive SCJU Plaza is the new office for the SMI Representaive to the SCJU. A sleek modern office building it is also another environmentally friendly building... Shown here at night time ... last update I only showed off the day time one... sorry about that ...

Thanks everyone for the great acomments so far ... I look forward to bringing you the new update, possibly over the weekend... Enjoy!

    Wonderful stuff Fox!

I love how you use so much custom content. I wish I was as committed as you... hours browsing the STEX... I can't be bothered!

Nice job and I am looking forward to see some more different parts of the region in the future!

your patience is amazing. I can't believe how detailed the city is. The region view made the city look smaller than I thought it would be, but the city is so amazing. Keep up the good work

owenluby ... Thanks for the comments and the subtle hints to move on to other areas...lol. Glad your still liking the City and the content... I have  few sites I check every few days... so it's not too hard to find such great content, esspecially when most are from this site or can be sourced from this site in great threads like the Japanese Bat Gallery.

Waz_Up_Tiger ... Thanks for the comments ... better watch your spelling dude, getting sloppy in your rush to comment. There are plans under way to show the developing ports that are under construction in the region, and several other Cities have been started... all in due time.

football_fever ... Thanks for the comments and for the compliments, I appreciate both. I'm glad you have high thoughts about my City...  it takes a lot of effort to get it just as I like it, although not 100% happy with it atm, I'm fairly content with the way it is developing.

Yoman3 ... Thanks Yoman for your constant support and effort... I look forward to seeing what you come up with in reguards to your new wiki page. I know you've been waiting for this update for awhile, I apologise for it's lateness... as I have been waiting on a few others to organise their wiki sites and due to illness I've suffered over the last 4 weeks... I hope you enjoy it!

jacqulina ... Once again thanks for the comments ... I still have something in honor of your great comments and support to come in another update not too far in the future... As for the dirtyness... I've been doing some new lots to work on that, and will most likely been coming in the future too...

magpieshooter ... Thanks for the comments and showing up here... I appreciate the effort. Thanks for also letting me make use of your company and logos .. look for more information in a newspaper later this year, if I get time to do one... As for the address ... I've taken the time to edit your wiki page to include the address... hope you approve.

    Solise Regional HQ

    Building 2 Plaza Ave

    SCJU Precinct

    Alicante City, St Marque Inlet

CarmineHilton ... Thanks for the comments and compliments... really happy that you think so highly of my plaza like that. First up ... it is actually 7 lots altogther that make up the SCJU plaza and all are quite different and full of dependencies, making it almost impossible to upload the lots and have everyone happy with the props I have used. Quite a few props are from other sites, and Japanese sites, and stuff I have that have never seen a public release. I'm sure you can understand why these could never be released successfully .. my apologies. But try the LE to create your own unique lots... good luck.

RushHourFreak ... Thanks... glad you enjoyed the newspaper ... actually takes more time to do the newspaper than to do the pictures for the update combined...lol. But well worth it in my mind I believe. Thanks again for the approval.

gerAndi ... Thanks for the great comments my friend... I really appreciate the thought and effort of your posts... they always make me smile. I know you too have been looking forward to this update, so I'm glad you have been patient ...

Now... On with the update... finally!

First up ... a few new additions to the skyline ... the Fallenhain Bundes Bank being one of the more impressive buildings to go up around the SCJU Secretariat. The Fallenhain company is the second Fallenhain company to offer it's Regional HQ in St Marque Inlet, and it is a welcome entity that will hopefully open up the finacial markets of the booming economy further.

    fallenhainbundesbankac0nf6.jpg

    fallenhainbundesbankac0ol6.jpg

    fallenhainbundesbankac0ts9.jpg

Next up on the whistle stop tour is another International company... Ankara's very own Ankara Republican Hotel. The spire is highlighted with Middle East style decorative architecture to remind travelers of home, and bring an International flair to the City... A real land mark of a building, with it's gorgeous views of the plaza and it's central location to the Political and finacial areas of the CIty, it is one of the best 5 star hotels in the City...

    ankararepublicanhotelacip5.jpg

The spire at night is lit up in various colours throughout the year ... Currently it is pink in honor of Breast Cancer awareness.

    ankararepublicanhotelacpt6.jpg

Last but not least on this tour of the SCJU Precinct is one of my most favourite building in game and in real life ... Casanares' company Banca Laboral. Rated as the biggest bank in Casanares it's future is bright as a new global player that now counts St Marque Inlet one of it's newest Regional HQ locations. Further news on developments will follow hopefully with in the next few weeks...

    bancalaboralac03hs4.jpg

    bancalaboralac01aam1.jpg

    bancalaboralac01bsb5.jpg

That's it for this update... I'm sorry I haven't updated earlier ... but I've been quite ill and just busy with real life.... I hope you enjoy this update as much as I did in bringing it to you. There are more updates on the way, and I hope you stay tuned for those as well ...

    Thanks again, oh and Enjoy!36.gif

Looks good, can't wait for more! Looks like there is another building that looks like the Fallenhain Bundes Bank, right across the street from the Ankara Republican Hotel.

Another good update from Mr. Fox. I love the little blurp about the middle eastern appearance. That was a nice way to describe it pretaining to the company. And those are damn fine nightlights on the roof. The other Banks look good also. I love the filler in between my hotel and Jeb's Bank. That tree. Just gives off such a nice  appearance.

    Cheers!

This town is built to impress! The buildings are distinctive and command a real presence. I would love to get a postcard from this town - the skyline will be truly memorable.

football_fever ... Thanks for the great reply... I'm sorry it took solong to get in to see my CJ... I think that is a good sign that it is popular though... thanks again. The Fallenhain bat is a Japanese made bat of a real lifeDubai building...

magpieshooter ... Once again thanks for the comment... I'm glad you liked the pictures once again. Thanks for allowing your company to set up here in St Marque Inlet.

Leech10 ... First up ... thanks for the comments and the welcome to page 26, Woo! ... glad to see it more than a few words ... I appreciate it. As for the building... that is the same building ... the Fallenhain Bank, but it is from a different angle in game...lol. I've only managed to get it to grow once in my Cities so far... I look forward to more of them growing though.

owenluby ... Thanks my friend... really happy to know that you still enjoy my CJ after so long. I appreciate your continous support here.

Jerebannus XVI ... Thanks... glad we managed to sort out the deal and the wiki before the update went ahead. Shame that you are quitting as President of the SCJU after so much you have accomplished... Still, I guess some people were never meant to hold the spotlight for too long, good luck with what you do next.

Yoman3 ... Thanks heaps for the kind words and the great comment. Those trees I worked hard and waited long for .. just to get them perfect at the right season for the picture. You'll notice them in the other pics too, in different seasons. Glad to have your Nation represented in my Nation Capital too.

GMT ... Thanks for the comments, always appreciate your input. I will be in touch with you shortly to hopefully work on some trade issues and perhaps a swap of Embassies for our Nation. I look forward to a successful Diplomatic relationship with Greater Columbia.

gerAndi ... Thanks my friend for your comments.. really glad you like the choice of building. Thanks so much for providing some of the great bats that I have used too. I really admire your effort towards the game.

Schulmanator ... I think that is one of the most awesome comments I've recieved so far in the 26 page history of this CJ ... thanks. I'm really honored you think so highly of the effort I've gone to in bringing this CJ to share. All I hope for, is to inspire people... as long as I do that, then I will keep coming back with new updates... thanks again.

Now ... no update yet ... but here is the latest news as of Wednesday in the Kingdom of St Marque Inlet ...
