Wow! that Japanese BAT is amazing and it fits perfectly with the beach.
You're right about the credits for all the batters. We should give them more credits for their amazing work. Without them, I don't think I would play this game. 
So a big thank you to all the batters around the world!

Your last update is so great. The financial area is a beauty and the last addition is perfect.

bixel ... Thanks for the great comment... It makes me happy to know that I've inspired some one so much, as to return to playing the game. I hope it doesn't take you away from creating those beautiful bats though. If you ever need anyone to test them, I'd be happy to have them in my game, although I rarely get enough time to play any more... Thanks for the advice too... I'll try it out one day. The Terrazzi Hotel is  residential bat made by our favourite apartment designer Cobb ... it was only released to a few people... one day it should hit the exchange though. Mr Piggy ... I appreciate the high praise ... but I do think there are better out there myself. But I appreciate the kind words. The nuclear power station is already released .. you can get it here... Clicky Here! ... As for your question about the SCJU .. no it is not true... SMI tried to get enacted a policy that asks Nations to remove them, but it was unsuccessful, and another member proposed a treaty that allows Nations to hand their weapons to a single Member... not in my taste so I never signed up to that deal. But SMI with the co-operation of the Chinese Government has decommissioned  all nuclear weapon based research and we only concentrate on the other uses for this toxic material, such as power. It is not a requirement when joining the SCJU that Nations remove their nuclear arsonal, it is up to the individual to decide if they want them or not.

Nardo69 ... Thanks for the comment.. and I believe that this is an old nuclear power station too in real life... 1970 I think ... So it would no doubt be appropriate for it's time.

oh man! i came in here to get a link and thought that i had allready commented your great update but then realized i didn't. my memory seems to be getting worse and i'm still so young. lol. well yesturday when after looking through your update i checked out the capital simcity, and you were right. i found some great stuff there.

now about the update. those highrises that are next to the beach fit in perfect because of the colors. the colors make me think miami. and the smurfit stone building is great. nice preview and i can't wait for more!

Nah, of course that. I think you're up there with the biggens. You've certainly gone up in my book after recent events. But that's a completely different matter, lol! That BAT is a truly wonderful one, just what my up-coming CJ needs.

Yes, I see what you say about The Nuclear Issue. It's certainly not tasteful to hand over your nuclear weapons to a single nation. Once guess who proposed that treaty, lol. It would certainly be un-wise to do sign up to the deal... It certainly shows that you're most definitely a wise person, Fox!

I'm also pleased to hear about the decommission in Nuclear research in negotiation The Chinese Government. Anyways, this is SCJU matters. And I'm not a member....yet...

That power plant is a very nice BAT indeed. Realistic scale and unique looking as well. Actuallly, your choice of unique BATs is one thing I like so much in your CJ. I also like Dabhi apartments, great place for it. The beach emphasizes its rather exotic style.

Wonderful update! That nuclear power plant is just amazing! Is that one of your own BATS? It looks just incredible and I really like the way the shipping lot looks by it and that other industry. Very nice effect I think.   

All of the other shots are fantastic as well. I love the one with the Outel Pacific Limited coming in and the finished shot. That entire little area looks great!

Nice update Fox!  I agree, that nuclear power station is unique and looks really good.  One question though, how did Waffle House get (un)lucky enough to have such a prime piece of real estate?

Just a small sample of the celebrations that were held in Alicante City today... here is some street decorations and a huge gathering of people on the streets to celebrate the day...


Seen here is a large inflated cow being towed by a truck to the parade that took place...


Through out the City... streets were lined with lights and parties continued well into the early hours...

Hey.

It doesn't take much to start a "flame war" between me and this individual. Anyways, I offer sincere apology and hope it never offended anyone to such an extent they become quite malice. I ask him or her for forgiveness and request him/her to acknowledge it won't happen again. I'm learning by every mistake I make, and I hope we can put this down as an experience. Nothing more, nothing less...

those are great pictures with a great newspaper. i like how you showed the festivities going on in chinatown as there regualarly is a lot of things going on there. nice street props also. i wish someone would release chinatown lots with like those red lantern things for over roads and avenues and streets and such. lol. can't wait for more!

CarmineHilton ... Hmm.. Union Day is based on the first anniversary of the SCJU... the link is in my signature if you are unsure as to what it is. Basically it is a group of people with City Journals that have come together to further the gaming experience and combining it with politics to make things a little more real and interesting. So most, if not all the members of the SCJU will be holding some sort of celebrations for Union Day.  All the lots I made them myself to add to the feeling of the celebrations... I thought it would make a change from the fireworks other would nodoubt show off... I just wanted to be unique...lol...I expect 6underground will have something huge planned too....keep an eye out for his CJ.

Goin2Chicago ... Thanks for the comments... well I guess it isn't really ChinaTown, since my Nation is sorta based on HongKong... it is just a small area of the CBD... I guess I really don't show many pictures that highlight the Asian influence, but if you look back over the last few updates you'll notice there is actually a lot of it. Not to mention the typhoon that hit when it struck South East China not long ago... it's all in here.
