That motel is excellent! It's exactly what i need for my westernish region! I don't know if they're compatible, but would you consider putting a few of your cactus props around the lot? I think that would look nice.

Well, I just updated 7 lots, whew.....  All of my existing hotels have been updated to have them all be similarly made.  The earliest ones are new from scratch.  All of them now have new menu placement, queries, and behind the scenes stuff.  When you download the new files, be sure to delete all the old versions, and any occurances of them in your cities.  SC4 sometimes freaks out when it can't find a building that used to be there.

 

I will also be uploading the Super 8 and Red's Motel tonight.  The STEX seems to be acting up a little, so I'll get them up asap.

 

And for a little teaser, here is something under development.  It will be a large Hilton when it is done; but it might take a while as it's a big one.  It's still in the early stages, but you can see the conference rooms in this shot.

I hope this is just not me..But when i click on the best western on the landmark menu i get booted off simcity...? all the other updated lots work but not the best western please someone tell me this just aint me!

I just downloaded the Best Western to check, and it seems to be fine.  Probably a temp problem.  I also finally got the new lots uploaded...

I will just use the old file of the Best Western...Maybe because its transit enabled...I dont know Im just guessing because thats the only lot that is trasit enabled..But its alright.

MexicanBoy, the new version will conflict with the old, so you can have one or the other, but not both.

I think there's a problem with the Costco Distribution. I only have the files for the ploppable version, but it seems to be growing on high-density industrial.

 

Anyways, if I could make two suggestions, maybe Albertsons, Haggens, and Food Pavilion for more grocery stores. Those are pretty common in Washington state.

Interesting problem on the Costco.  I hadn't done an industrial before, and probably have a few quriks to figure out.  I'll play with it a bit and see what I can figure out.

I've gotten a little more done on the Hilton.  I worked ont he lobby area, including some small fountains and hanging plants.  Still a fair amount to do; the back side of the building isn't even started.  I hope to have this ready in a week or two, but we'll see how it comes together...
