I like the look of the Red Lobster, when is it going ot be released?

And your large building is looking great around the base. Can we see a pic showing the whole of the building so far? Even if it isn't finished.

I have been a fan of your stuff for a while now. I don't post a lot of messages but I just want to say HOLY COW!! you are a BAT master. Keep it up. BTW this might be the wrong forum but I would love to see a version of Texas Roadhouse (I work there). If you need some pics you can find some at www.texasroadhouse.com .

So many ideas, so little time....  I'm not sure what I will be doing, but as ideas roll into my head, I'll tinker with them.

Here's a little update; the office tower is on hold while I figure out what to do with the roof.  I have a completed model, I'm just not happy with the roof.  I'll play with it some more.

In the mean time, I started modeling a Perkins Family Restaraunt.  Ironically, I stopped at one on the road, and had a really bad meal.  Probably a fluke, but they forgot to cook the fish in my fish sandwich... not too tasty.  So far, it is just the rough model, with little detailing and no textures.  i may have it done for next Monday, if the weekend goes well.

You are SimNation's corporate guru SimGoober. You have single handidly created most of the stores required that can be found in most power centres and restaurant strips across the USA. Awesome work. I am sure that every member of this site greatly appreciates your work.

Looks like it's another building that we will like and sims in our city will also like because of food and buisness.

I think it looks Home Town -ish... (The Resteraunt) But its GOOD!

I like the Building, I am getting tired of the Spires and orignal designs everyone is doing, its not a complete skyline with out a 1960's black box.. I am serious! Every City has one!

Here's a different style of office building I am tinkering with.  It's a more suburban style, and I want to do a few of these.  This one is rather big, about 6 tiles long, but only 12 stories tall.

I need some feedback on this style.  I haven't really played with the roof yet, and am trying to decide how much to junk it up.  I kind of like it bare (I'll play with the textures), but I'm wondering if I should add either a few large HVAC units, or a couple mechaninical rooms.  Mose of the smaller towers like this I see either have roofs completely covered in junk, or almost bare...

He's still kinda doing them. See the Perkins a few posts up?

SG: That office building looks great. You need to reduce the night-windows usage, though. A lot of people who work in such suburban offices don't work nights.

BTW, SG: what would you recommend to put in the back of a small fast-food restaurant? Help would be appreciated.

When I play the game I prefer bare roofs b/c I associate 'junk' w/ Dr. Vu.  However, now that I want to BAT I now notice stuff on practically every roof.  I think a tiny curvy shaped air conditioner outlet and a couple of vents can potentially be realistic looking without being gaudy or obsequious.
