What does it do. Does it increase jobs?

Are they like landmarks or are they like the High Tech buildings the Sims build??

They are landmarks of real buildings in the game.

Pooty is ther any way to make them have jobs as that is the only trouble with my towns the medium and high class sims are stuck looking for jobs

When I plop them I just get the lot, no buildings at all.

Pooty, You should maybe, Make a better update on this, maybe put a job for al of them in High Tech, That would help a lot as its hard to get High Tech buildings in cities, Then maybe Boost them all up a little in High tech to... That would work. 5/10. Sorry i kinda rated low.
