I think i downloaded all Nexis buildings ;) coz they all are so great!

if it is ploppable, where is it located? I can't find the building anywhere

if it doesn't replace another building, then i'm not seeing it, and i've already looked in education

I now eat my words ceremoniously this is unfortunately the building to knock my expectations of Nexis somewhat closer to the ground. 100 little buildigs melted into one - not as awesome as most other Nexis stuff. Difficult to make good comm and res bldngs without a BAT.

Ummmmm. . . . It's really not. Am downloading again on the off chance that the file was corrupted somehow.

Re-downloading unsuccessful. Does not show up under any menu in my game. Am forced to conclude that this is an ex-parrot (Monty Python reference). Assistance requested.

although allegedly I'm the 'only one' having problems with nexis lots, which after reading this page makes me laugh.

Well, Well. This does very well when it comes to large subberban cities, i often put them in areas of commerce. (just because it looks nice) Very well done, i hope you plan to be an arcitect in the future.:)

Now, normally I absolutely abhor copy-paste jobs. But this one actually looks like it is done quite well, and looks natural. I'm getting it.
