Well, I downloaded it, and hopefully the lot has been enlarged so it will appear on it's own without replacing anything. As for ratings. I would rate it higher if it was ploppable. As it is I give it a 7. It does look nice.

mateovg: Just because you haven't seen it yet doesn't mean it won't appear. Have you zoned a big enough commercial zone ? Are any of your cities in stage 7?

Intresting building, Like always I for some reason just didnt like your building, It just seems unrealisticthat if you had that building there would'nt be 10,000+ sims to work in it because to get stage 7 you (continued)...

have to have a big comerical sector that can support your city so unless you have 11,000 sims in need of work why download it.

Not realistic? Are you saying that no building in the world, has 11,000 people in it at one time. That has to be the stupiest thing I've ever heard.
