The beach front apartments, a luxery $$$ building with a pool, shopping on the 1st floor, and access to a private beach. Available in the landmark section. If you have RH and you notice that this lot does not work perfectly please let me know and I will update the description accordingly.

You should change that to a residential lot, it would make more sense.

But the thing is is that it has water constraints and it has a beach so it really would look good where it was built, if it can be built on a residential zoned lot.

um, once i place it, it won't let me delete it. i don't know about these things, but i've added other buildings and they delete just fine.
