My target was a well balanced funding of the clinic: Not too cheap, but also not to cut too big holes in your budget.
It serves as one big Central clinic, best health effect reached together with my updated medium clinic.
Based on a Hospital. I tried to keep it realistic in cost and patients and all other values. Changed nearly everything:
Space used: 6x6
Patients: 25000
Plop Cost: 8800
Bulldoze Cost: 800
Monthly Cost @ full capacity: 12500
Power, water, demand all increased 8 times, the clinic employs nearly 800 people.
